Come see why this Phoenix Orange Beach II condo is the best for your family with its amazing views of the Gulf! Stunning views from our 24th floor condo with panoramic views of the Gulf!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Living room and Master bedroom. With over 1,750 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!! Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Orange Beach II condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 65” flat screen SMART TV in living room and a flat screen 55" SMART TV in the master, and a 55" Smart TV in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master and two Queen beds in the 2nd bedroom, a Queen and Twin over Full bunk in the 3rd bedroom, and a queen sized sofa sleeper in the living room for sleeping up to 13. There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to a lazy river, large splash pad, heated in-door swimming pool, a large Jacuzzi, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf. There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation. Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix Orange Beach II with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. We had a great stay. No complaints was an enjoyable experience all around and the unit was in great condition.My only complaint is the security guard who shut down the water slide almost every day for several hours when he saw kids not following the rules. I get that rules need to be followed, but he handled it extremely poorly and was rude at times. Other than that, great time all around!

Everything about the condo was beautiful. We enjoyed our time at the ocean, and the lazy river. The spacious three bedroom three bathroom condo was perfect for our family. Thank you.

Property was very nice and the grands loved the lazy river, slide, and pools.Loved our stay but I do have a few comments. Our floors had not been mopped. Bare feet were black from walking on the floors the first night. We purchased a mop and mopped the floors. No more black feet. No linens for the pull out couch bed except a mattress pad. Only one extra blanket for all three bedrooms. Not enough hand towels for each sink to have one towel. Unit needs more baking sheet pans. One small one was not enough. There were two coffee makers but we expected a Keurig. Knives were dull and would not cut properly.

We made a last minute decision to visit orange beach and it has been our best vacation so far - this property was great and the location was amazing, I was worried about being so high up but the building was so nice and felt so sturdy that I didn’t even notice the height. The view is amazing we loved eating all of our meals on the balcony overlooking the ocean. Tons of storage space and a beautiful facility with nice amenities. We are already planning our next visit to this same unit.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Watching the boats come in and out of the pass every day was a favorite of mine! The kids loved the pirate ship and it’s cannon when it passed by. The grounds were kept squeaky clean. Beds were very hard but that’s a preference ,not a con, to our stay! Color scheme and decor is cool and relaxing. Five stars all around.

We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back! The only reason I gave check-in/communication 3 stars … I had a few questions about the property and had to reach out by phone. The people who responded made me feel I was an inconvenience and it also took me several phone calls to connect with the right Phoenix property because the number provided was not correct. I honestly don’t know if I ever spoke with the owner. In addition, I had to contact the property for my check-in email, it was not sent until I called to remind them which was stressful and time consuming - Not ideal.

This was our family vacation of grandparents, kids and grandkids. What a great vacation we had. The condo was just beautiful with many amenities. The condo was just as the description on the site. The condo is large and spacious. Clean and new. We had a great time and my 2 kids ask daily to go back. Previous reviews commented on the pots/pans in the kitchen but it seems like they have stocked better since they visited the unit. We brought a couple of pots for back up but we probably did not need them. Beds could be more comfortable would be my only compliant.

We spent 2 weeks in this beautiful condo. It had plenty of space for the 8 of us (6 adults and 2 kids). The grandkids loved the indoor pool. The location was very convenient to shopping and restaurants. There were only a couple of negatives. There weren't enough towels for all of us. Also, the place needed a deep cleaning. The fans and louvered doors where the washer and dryer and A/C were, were caked with dust. The floors and area rug in the living room were dirty. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

The condo was very clean and well maintained. We had no issues with the wifi or other electronics. There was a very limited selection of pots/pans, but we brought our own air fryer, Keurig, and griddle and it was perfect. The Lazy River was closed for maintenance, but it was cold so we were more interested in the indoor pool, which was amazing and warm. We can't wait to come back and stay again next year!

This property was perfect for my family of 12 to celebrate the Thanksgiving holiday. We had 6 adults and 6 children. We all fit comfortably in the space. We had one issue with cleaning that was addressed with us immediately. This condo was decorated beautifully. Furniture was all comfortable too. Everything we use worked as it should. Since we had family in a different condo, I absolutely love how the entrances to each condo are enclosed in halls. The heated pool was wonderful for all the kids. I would stay at this condo again.

Thanksgiving Celebration
This property was perfect for my family of 12 to celebrate the Thanksgiving holiday. We had 6 adults and 6 children. We all fit comfortably in the space. We had one issue with cleaning that was addressed with us immediately. This condo was decorated beautifully. Furniture was all comfortable too. Everything we use worked as it should. Since we had family in a different condo, I absolutely love how the entrances to each condo are enclosed in halls. The heated pool was wonderful for all the kids. I would stay at this condo again.

The condo was beautiful and very spacious, only problem was we waited for it to be cleaned and as soon as we walked in they had dirt on the floor outside rug was dirty first bedroom in the front had trash under the bed , I had to clean outside of the dishwasher was sticky food and I had to clean the microwave and stove it was splashed with old food, the condo didn’t even smell clean. Then master bathroom tub was dirty looked like someone had walked in it with their shoes on and the rugs in every bathroom was dirty so you know they didn’t clean the floor if the rugs weren’t clean, the master bathroom toilet had dried up stool underneath the rim of the toilet. My daughter went in to take a bath and she said the toilet was so disgusting inside she couldn’t enjoy taking a bath got in and out . We did call the front desk and they sent someone back to clean but the toilet was not touched and they just picked up the dirty rugs . Besides the cleanliness of it it was great .

The blankets were fleece, which was hot since it was over 90 degrees every day, but I presented a problem and it was addressed. I ended up washing the other blankets to be used on 2 of the 3 beds. The floors were filthy. They looked fine, but after you would walk barefoot, your feet would very quickly turn black. Again, this was brought up to the owner. The amenities were nice, but a lot of people would come in to use the lazy river and indoor amenities (pool and hot tub). One of the security guards would tell people to leave and it would clear out quickly. The condo is big and spacious with a big balcony as well. Parking was easy. Dining in the area is awful. Either plan on eating super early, or late...wait times are long! The beach is nice. Overall, it was a nice stay. The owner was very quick to respond to all messages.
