Come see why this 20th Floor Phoenix Orange Beach II condo with unbelievable unobstructed views is the best for your family with its amazing views of the Gulf! Our condo is perfectly situated on the 20th floor directly overlooking the Lazy River at Phoenix Orange Beach II with incredible panoramic views of the Gulf!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Living room and Master bedroom, and 3rd and 4th bedrooms. With over 2,000 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!! Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Orange Beach II condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 75” flat screen SMART TV in living room and a flat screen 65" SMART TV in the master, and a 43" Smart TV in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a king bed in the master, 2nd and 3rd bedrooms and a queen bed and full over full bunk in the 4th bedroom, along with a queen sofa sleeper in the living room for sleeping up to 14. There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to a lazy river, large splash pad, heated in-door swimming pool, a large Jacuzzi, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf. There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation. Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix Orange Beach II with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. The location and views were great- second time staying at this property; however, this unit was disgustingly dirty. I don’t know which was worse, the smell of the dirty mop used to clean the floors which permeated throughout, the old dingy smelly furniture (couch, pillows, all four comforters reeked) or the heavily stained dining table with huge stains on each of chair cushions. They should seriously buy all new furniture and bedding before anyone else stays in 2001. It’s smells old and dirty, the bathrooms smell like they were cleaned with a dirty rag. The kitchen counters were not cleaned nor was the dining table. Highly disappointed in the cleanliness and upkeep of this unit.

The condo was very spacious and well maintained. The only complaint is that my young grandson found a prescription pill under the edge of his bed. I know that it was probably dropped by accident however I feel like the cleaning company should have been a bit more thorough when cleaning so that kids don't accidently find things that could be harmful to them.One of the highlights of our time there was we got to witness a sea turtle nest hatching right outside the condo. The lazy river pool was very relaxing as well as fun for the kids. We had a good time and would stay here again.

Love this condo and the resort. THe management company is awesome. MY Only complaint is lack of supplies-- towels (2 to a bath) one roll of toliet paper, 1 dish pod I get limited but this is just wrong. It was hard as we ordered supplies and was out of items before they were delivered. Had to laundry towels continued! OTherwise this is a perfect and beautiful condo! Our family loved and had plenty of space

Sun, fun and NO worries! A few very minor hiccups with the condo but Clark corrected them promptly! We only worried about sunburn:)!We had 7 adults and 4 kids under 5 in a 4-bedroom condo. 20th floor on the corner with amazing views! The space is functional and elegant. The entire facility is so guest friendly and kid friendly! GO!

Great views and excellent amenities in this beautiful corner unit. The condo is spotless and well equipped with comfortable beds. Phoenix Orange Beach II is one of the newer units on the beach and has great amenities, covered parking, and fast elevators.

Beautiful view of ocean,beach & sunsets 😊. Kitchen appliances were average to poor,dishes & cups were chipped.Coaches & chairs are starting to get worn. Bedrooms are big & great TV in them. Wonderful place & we thoroughly enjoyed our 30 day stay. Hope to come back here next year

We had a great time at this condo. All of the bedrooms are very large with plenty of room for three families. The cleanliness of the city so could have been better and the furniture in the living room needs to be replaced badly. Upholstered furniture has to be very hard to keep clean so not sure why you would not always go with some type of leather for that reason. But overall, it was a great experience. The kids loved the water slide and the lazy river was amazing.

Our experience was close to perfect! The condo was Beautiful and Clean. Just one little oversight; one of the beds had not been changed and the sheets were dirty; probably forgotten by the cleaning service. We were impressed that when we called our host concerning the garbage disposal not working, Clark had maintenance there the next day (on a Sunday!)to fix it.

Beautiful view, very clean condo. The kitchen is well stocked. Communication with the property manager was great, he was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. Both the outdoor and indoor pools were perfect for my young children. The location of the condo couldn’t be more convenient-grocery stores, donuts and ice cream all right across street. I would recommend this condo to anyone looking to stay in the Orange Beach area.

My family had a great time. We were a large group of 20+ people. Enjoyed the BBQ area cooking our food and eating in the patio area. The younger kids loved the pool/slide area. The 4 bedroom unit itself was spacious for a family of 8 adults and 2 small children. My only complaint would be the unit was lacking on cleanliness upon arrival. The Dishwasher has not been emptied. The coffee maker still had coffee grinds in it. Hopefully this was due to lack of staff post pandemic.

Everything was as described, beautiful and very comfortable. We loved that there was no cumbersome check-in process at the time of arrival - just used the provided code to enter our unit. Then purchased parking passes once we were settled. Perfect location, plenty of parking, good elevators (no long wait), no keeping up with keys … we loved it!

Great Beach Trip!
We visit Orange Beach/Gulf Shores every summer and this stay was the best we have had. Kids loved the pool options, easy walk to the beach, great workout area, covered parking garage and amazing beach views from the condo!

The condo was pretty and spacious. It lacked an iron and a lamp and glass were broken when we arrived. I contacted the management by email but never got a reply. It had a great pool that was open late and very easy access to the beach. Very nice over all. The parking was great as well as the location.

However, nothing is ever perfect and there were some inconveniences/unfavorable experiences -
> No coffee filters and no indication/information to bring our own
> Fairly obvious that there are "gate crashers" on the property (no wrist bands were distributed at front desk/check-in and I personally observed people walking in after being dropped off on the street in front of the property with no follow up from security personnel) This does not sit well because I know what I had to pay to enjoy these amenities.

This condo was just as pictured. Very spacious and beautiful. Amazing views!! The only thing I would suggest is that there were a few more essential items provided such as soap, toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, dishwashing soap and paper towels. Otherwise it was a beautiful unit and would definitely stay again.

Great trip! My only recommendation would be to add black out curtains to the bedroom window that faces the hallway. Too much light at night coming in through the shutters. Other than that it was perfect for the 5 of us! Would highly recommend it!

Stay was great. We had to leave early for Hurricane Ida and property manager was willing to work with us. The views were amazing and there were a ton of activities for adults and kids alike.
