The place in Crystal Beach was wonderful, we had a wonderful relaxing visit. My only complaint is the king size bed in the downstairs bedroom is impossible to sleep in and get a good nights sleep. The mattress is awful! There is at least a 4 inch crater that you fall in and need help getting out of.

We stayed for three nights at the house. Kristi was a fantastic host. Very responsive and gave clear details on everything. The house was GREAT. Location is perfect, there is enough parking for several cars. The kitchen is fully stocked. There were utensils galore for us cooking which we really appreciated! We are bed snobs and usually complain about the beds in hotels/vrbo but everyone commented on how comfortable the beds were in each room. Zero complaints about the house or host, will definitely be staying again!

The property was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The check in process was simple and quick. Kristi responded to questions promptly and was a big help getting situated. The house is located within walking distance to the beach but we opted to drive our truck in order to carry all our beach necessities. I would recommend four wheel drive on the beach since the sand was very soft. There is a nice outside shower to rinse off after returning from the beach. The beds were comfortable and we had no problem sleeping 10 people. We will definitely use this property again in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean, well stocked with necessities, and very well laid out. We had 3 families and so a bathroom for each family was so nice. It is an easy walk from the beach too. Kristi answered my questions quickly, so that was nice. I would definitely return to this property. Great fun and memories made here!

My family and I rent a beach house every summer for a little reunion. This beach house was cozy for 9 of us. The house had three full bathrooms and an outdoor shower below the house. We loved how large the island was in the kitchen. The living room was small for 9, as we needed more room to sit and visit. For meals, a few had to sit in the living room. We were a bit shocked that we needed to launder and put away all towels before we left. I’d also recommend adding beach towels to the house. Luckily I brought enough for us to all have 1. We just washed and used them again the next day. We did rent a golf cart but did not use it nearly as much as in the past due to the issue of getting stuck in the sand. The beach house was within walking distance, which was very nice. Overall, our stay was terrific!

We had a great time at this beach house. It is just a 5 minute walk to the beach. We made several meals for the entire group of 9 in the kitchen, we cooked burgers on the grill, all of which went very smooth. Having 3 bathrooms was a big plus. We relaxed and had a great time on both balconies. The house was perfect for our family size and it’s nicely done on the inside.

Great house, loved the property and the owner was quick to answer questions. The only drawback is parking. We had to shuffle vehicles multiple times which was not great. Ending on a positive the upper deck is the most relaxing spot and great for midday naps.

The house and location were perfect for us. We had 4 adults and 2 kids. We rented a golf cart so it was just a short fun ride to the beach. The people across the street had a band on Friday night so we really enjoyed a free concert sitting on the balcony that night. Having a master downstairs and another one upstairs was perfect for us. Very well appointed - I had brought a ton of supplies but I didn't need to - extra toilet paper, extra trash bags and laundry detergent were all there. Even some snacks were on the counter. Very clean. Having the upstairs balcony was oh so nice. We were all very pleased.

Family getaway for Crabfest and beach fun. The Host/Manager was very accessible and very pleasant to work with. With relaxing balconies the home was clean, spacious, well furnished and only a short walk from the beach and minutes from crabfest.

Kristi was awesome, she was very quick in responding to all my questions and concerns. The house is Amazing. Plenty of room. The beds are very comfortable. Im not a big fan of Ruku TV, but we were able to synch an I tablet to the TV so we could watch our Astros.

It’s so great to stay at a vacation house where all your teens, young adults and us parents have our own room and that is big enough for our family and the dogs too!!! We loved everything!! Definitely will be back to visit!!!! Thanks so much!!

We were going to arrive a little early and property manager was very nice about let us check in early. Once we were in house house was very nice, lots of room for family. Great location to beach, shopping, and restaurants. Would definitely rent again.

Everything was great. My only issue was getting all the towels washed and put away when I still needed to dry some dishes but now I know what I need to bring in the future. We couldn’t get key box open to leave key when we checked out but the owner was ok with us leaving it in another location. Overall we had a great stay.

Had previously only stayed in Galveston proper, but had trouble finding a big enough house for us, grandparents and kids. We were lucky to find this house. Large enough for all of us, great resources for the property. Very close to the beach, but we did rent a golf cart since we had a range of ages with us. Easy property to locate too. Would be happy to stay here again!

I’ll just start with, I’ll stay at her location again in a heartbeat. We throughly enjoyed our stay. Location and property were more than we expected. Very clean, very modern, and definitely very calming. Kristi was also very attentive to our questions. Beginning with the very informative welcome letter to the very last of our questions. She was always ready to do whatever possible within her control to make our stay smooth. We greatly appreciated her being availability to us with just a phone call or text. Thank you for a nice stay away from home!
