Hotel curatissimo,a 2 passi dal centro,con parcheggio interno, personale gentilissimo.Hotel che sembra un museo, ristorante stellato con ottimi canederli ma anche altre pietanze tutte buone e ottimamente servite, consiglio di prenotare in largo anticipo altrimenti non troverete posto.Una cosa che ho notato,e che fa capire l' attenzione alla pulizia, è il fatto che sulla scalinata coperta da moquette vi è un ulteriore copertura centrale di stoffa bianca,che, nonostante sia calpestata in continuazione è sempre pulita e bianca

L'atmosfera elegante, calda, accogliente. La storia che lo accompagna....il viaggio dell'elefante mi ha appassionato. Cucina curata e raffinata, altissima qualità. Due giorni speciali...

Very clean and chic hotel. Super friendly staff. Breakfast is excellent! Good location, close to old town but still very quiet.Garden/pool area is very inviting and relaxing

This is a truly beautiful, elegant hotel with a great location for exploring Brixen on foot. The public areas are furnished with lovely grand furnishings and paintings. The room was spotless and decorated/furnished to a very high standard. All the staff from check in to check out were exceptional. Attentive, cheerful, professional……a real credit to the hotel. Our little dog was made to feel most welcome in all areas of the hotel. The on-site parking is convenient and allows easy access to reception. The gardens are a real treat, surrounded by Mountain View’s. Much larger than expected and kept beautifully. A small pool with a pool house, loungers around the grounds, excellent bar service etc gave it a real ‘holiday’ feel. The online photos don’t do it justice and it really exceeded our expectations. I would definitely return and maybe stay longer next time to enjoy this lovely hotel and surrounding area. To be honest, you could uproot the hotel and drop it into an industrial site and it would still be fabulous. Would highly recommend.

Hotel is an older hotel in a convenient location. We were in a separate building across the street from the main building and the room was very nice and spacious. Parking was free in the hotel lot which was very convenient. Staff was helpful. Breakfast had enough variety, overall very solid. Would recommend this hotel for a stay if you're in the area.

Very nice hotel, nothing reallly to complain about.

A wonderful historic, quirky hotel with its motif of the Elephant with beautiful gardens, with a pool and atmospheric interiors. Our room in the villa was spacious and comfortable, while the dining room had interior wooden cosy rooms and an outside terrace. Parking was convenient beside the hotel, which is located just outside the walking areas of this lovely gem of a town.

There was no air-conditioning in our room, which was not essential as the summer nights weren’t too hot, but at times it could have been cooler.

The old building is amazing, fashionable and well maintained, with a nice exhibition of the history of the hotel and the family. Huge and beautiful park on the other side of the street with swimming pool and gym. Wonderful terrace for the breakfast and the dinner.
