Across the street are multiple parks, trailheads, and natural areas beyond. Inside you greeted with a wide entryway and main level bedroom that leads to a spacious open floor plan surrounded by windows and natural light. This incredible gathering space blends a fully stocked kitchen, gorgeous dining table, and expansive living area for everyone to enjoy together. The backyard full fenced and perfect for kiddos. You fill find ample comfortable seating and a BBQ for your grilling desires. Upstairs are the other three bedrooms and another family / media room. Each room has been meticulously designed for a perfect blend of style and comfort. The primary bedroom is quite large and sits just off the second family room away from the other two bedrooms. The primary bathroom is bright and comfortable. There is an oversized glass shower or large soaking tub depending on your desire. This property really has it all. Nestled among the trees in one of premier neighborhoods in all of Portland you are close to everything without being in the middle of it. Any closer to downtown is in the restricted area and there is no such thing as a legal short term rental property this size. We really enjoyed our stay. It was the perfect location. The house was wonderful. The kids enjoyed the basketball hoop and the backyard. They had everything we needed and we would definitely stay there again.

This was a great location and very spacious for our group. I loved that one room had a desk, which was useful to two of my daughters who flew in for their sister's graduation from UP in the midst of finals at their respective colleges. We had a great time and loved the property!

This house is beautiful, very spacious, and exactly as pictured/described. Communication was easy with the property manager. We were in town for a wedding and my group consisted of me, my husband and our two young children, and 3 other adult family members. The house worked out great for all of us and had everything we needed. I would love to stay here again!

Very nice property close to the city. It is located off a main road with construction, but we had no disruptions during our stay. Property was modern and clean. We enjoyed our weekend getaway.

Check in process was good. Place was little dusty which made us check out a day earlier. Also the shower tap in second bathroom did not work properly, temperature control was not working. It either complete hot water or complete cold water. We also found bugs on beds.

Great property for our family. Power went out one day but the property management team was awesome with his communication and followup. Only small downside was there was construction on the street that made driveway access a little frustrating but not impossible.

Loved the property. It was unfortunately raining the entire time we were there so for we chose to stay a couple of nights in instead and we bought some games and it was a great vibe

Our family came to town to see the sites of Portland. This property was great. It had everything we needed. It was large enough to allow our family to spread out and still enjoy each other. But still close enough to the city to enjoy everything Portland has to offer. The neighborhood was quiet with lots of old growth trees. We would definitely stay here again!

The house was all that and more! Plenty of room for us, our children and grandchildren. House is stocked nicely and is a great neighborhood. There was construction going on in front of the house but the kids loved watching all the trucks. I think it’s finished now. We would definitely come back the next time we visit Portland.

lovely house, with great living room and well equipped kitchen. Quite spacious for all 6 of us. My only concern was not getting access info until 24 hours before we arrived. Perhaps poor communication. Otherwise would highly recommend,.

We really enjoyed our stay at Cedar Mill Park Place. The house is spacious, clean, beautifully decorated and well stocked with everything you'd need and assistance is only a text away if you do need anything or have questions. Nice private country feeling even though you're close to everything. We loved it and would definitely stay again!

15 minutes from downtown and restaurants, this home was in a great location. Updated kitchen and bathrooms made our stay very enjoyable! We had a water leak one day and property management responded very quickly and addressed the problem. One recommendation is that the property was listed as having 3 bathrooms but it was actually 2 and 1/2 baths. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

My friends and I loved it property! It was in short distance of stores and food! We were in town for my birthday and attending a concert and wine tour. We had a private chef our last night that and raved about the kitchen and things available! Communication with property management was timely and helpful. Would highly recommend to others!

We were really happy at how CLEAN this house was. It’s such a beautiful house, and spacious. My family and I really enjoyed our stay there. The house is in a great location too. Safe neighborhood, close to a lot of shops & restaurants. Loved how open it was. We had our 10 month learn to walk in that house because of how open and safe it was for her. Also enjoyed the basketball hoop outside. Great memories made. Highly recommend this place for everyone. Looking forward to more stays here in the future. Oh and the kitchen and fire place was fantastic!! It was a comfortable stay.

I booked this place for 3 nights for my bridal party for my wedding weekend, and the place was an absolute DREAM! I wanted a beautiful place for our getting ready photos and this place was IT! It was super spacious for the 8 of us. My only regret is that we didn't spend more time at the house. Communication and check-in process with the owner was also such a breeze. Highly recommend!!!

The style and design is impressive, it looks like it was put together by an interior decorator. the amount of amenities is more than enough, there’s so many kitchen utinsels, it made cooking easy. Loved the 2nd living room located upstairs. So comfortable

The house is well appointed and the kitchen is especially well stocked. The living room and lounge have very comfortable furniture and extra throws for bundling. The house is located in a busy area, but once in the house there is no detectable street noise. The location provides for easy access to multiple restaurants and services, and for those not familiar with the area (like us) getting to downtown Portland did not take long.

The property was excellent in every way. Very nicely appointed, clean and modern. The home is very quiet in spite of being close to the street. Beds, linens etc were top quality. Would recommend 100% for up to 4 couples.

Thank you for the use of your wonderful home. It was perfect for our family reunion of seven people (grandparents, aunties and grandkids)to spread out, make great dinners and watch movies. The location was also close to downtown Portland and surrounding neighborhoods as well as the convenience and beauty of Beaverton.
