For checkout, the house manual says 11:00 Guest needs to do NOTHING! Enjoy to the last minute. Refreshing since some VRBO’s ask that the dishes be done, trash carried out, sheets started in washer. Plus a cleaning fee. Not only do I feel like I just did what the cleaning fee pays for but what what if I wasn’t conscientious? What if I just wiped the dishes and put them away? I like the idea that a cleaning professional is watching out for my safety. I enjoyed my stay.

The house and property were great! It had everything we needed and more. The location was a bit scary as we had gun shots and police swarm just 2 doors down. Masato was a great host with really great communication and fairness.

The house was cute and very clean. It had all the necessary accoutrements, kitchen and living room were very nice. The beds were confortable and the bathrooms were very clean too. I would stay here again.

The place was clean and comfortable. Beds were comfortable and the TV was great! Ramon was very helpful and responsive to our needs. I chose the place so we could have my 92 year old mother visit in a safe space, we enjoyed our time together there. I recommend it highly.

A few pros and cons. The property was very nice and looked clean, although when we walked on the floor barefoot our feet turned black. I loved having a garage to park in. The beds were nice and very firm. Very nicely decorated. Plenty of toilet paper , paper towels, laundry detergent. Although we had lots of wedding activities to go to and wasn’t there long enough to do laundry. There is no stopper for the tub so you could only shower and you had to run the hot water for a VERY LONG time to ever get any and then you had to use all hot since it wasn’t real hot. We were only left with 8 towels and wash rags for 5 people for Thursday, Friday,Saturday and Sunday. The host didn’t answer when I text but answered right away when I called to ask for more towels. We had NO dish cloth and 1 dish towel. He said he would have some delivered Friday morning. We found them sitting in a trash bag on the front porch Saturday evening. ( not sure when they delivered them as we used the garage entrance) My dad was going to throw it in the dumpster when my mom realized what it was. Also just beware they want $20 a day to turn the air below 75. All in all we had a good stay and would stay again. This is just a few things we thought could be better.

A great house with modern appliances and room to spread out. A nice back patio with a roof above and modern gas grill for grilling. Nice to be able to park our car in the garage.

This home was perfect for our short stay in Fresno. The home was very clean and had everything we needed, and we were even able to check in a bit early to accommodate our needs. We would definitely stay here again!

Home was very clean. Smelled great! Clean sheets, towels. Well stocked with dishes, cups...ect. New appliances/TV. Washer Dryer and tankless hot water heater was amazing. Great value for what you get. I would stay here again and recommend to my family and friends. Book fast it won't last long.

The neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe there. Having a garage to park our car was a real plus for security reasons, plus loading/unloading was easy. The kitchen was modern and upscale. Beds were very comfortable.

I chose this property to stay when I was having my motorhome repaired while visiting Fresno. It was very clean. Most everything needed for a weeklong stay was provided. Except food, of course. There are some very basic spices and salt and pepper. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Sufficient towels and blankets were provided. Awesome washer and dryer. The furniture was comfortable. There were plenty of channels on the TV with some apps available. The only con is the bed in the master bedroom does squeak. Masato and staff were very pleasant to work with.

Very clean, well maintained home in quiet safe neighborhood. Parked the car in the garage overnight. Home is comfortable and very well equipped. Thank you for the good coffee. Beds are very nice and comfortable. I think they are memory foam mattresses. Slept well. Communication with host / owner was great. I really appreciated the disciplined communication from the host: Received a text early on our arrival date with check in details, location, contact numbers and door codes. We will stay here again.

Got into Fresno a bit earlier than expected and the host was kind enough to let us check-in early. Upon walking in, we noticed a very clean property. Everything in the kitchen was labeled so we had no trouble finding what we needed. Very quiet neighborhood so getting some rest was effortless, as it should be. I highly recommend choosing this place if you need somewhere to stay in the area.

This home is clean. I felt the owner did a great job of thinking of things to make our stay comfortable. Hooks for hanging things in each room and phone plug ins on the night stands come to mind. The bathrooms have nice cabinet space. I would stay here again.

Extremely clean. Your bare feet won't even get dirty from the garage the floor where the washer and dryer are located it is so clean as well. Appeared very recently updated...everything new. It was more than we actually hoped for and expected. Maybe not for someone in a wheelchair though as there is a step up into the house from outside, a step down into one bedroom, the den, and the garage. A slight step down into the kitchen (I don't think he kitchen bump would pose much of an issue). Large rooms and good beds. Good A/C and appliances. Pretty good neighborhood it appeared. You pass through some very high end homes a short distance away and on the way into this more middle class neighborhood. I would definitely recommend this property for a stay. Our young adult children (young men) were thrilled with the place and having their own rooms/beds. Would recommend the owner provide a laundry basket and a couple of folding chairs (for the 5th or 6th person in your group).
