This private 2 bedroom, 2 bath condominium is located at the popular Sea Winds building on Marco Beach, a prime location on the south end toward the Cape. This 3rd floor unit offers incredible direct unobstructed western views into the breathtaking blue-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico to take in Marco Island’s famous sunsets. Your private screened in balcony protects you from the Marco Island wildlife and is equipped with a patio dining table and lounge chairs. Either take the elevator or two flights of stairs and you enter the white sand beach via direct gated access from the private building entrance with optimal convenience. All new mattresses, bedding, sheets, towels, and kitchenware have been added for your comfort. The master bedroom is equipped with a Queen size bed and the 2nd bedroom offers two twin beds. The Queen sleeper sofa in the living area has capacity for two, allowing for a total of 6 in the entire unit. Both bathrooms offer walk-in showers. Three flat screen TV’s and a secure Wifi connection are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave. Washer/dryer located in the condo as well. The Sea Winds has a private pool, hot tub, and tennis/pickleball courts. Your storage unit is fully equipped for all of the comforts needed at the beach and on the courts. Even though we didn’t have the best weather, we enjoyed our beachfront stay at Seawinds. The 3rd floor balcony provided great views and a wonderful place to relax when we couldn’t get to the beach. Pool and hot tub area were nice as well. Private pool seemed well heated although we only dipped our toes in. There was more than enough beach equipment for us (maybe too much) including towels, blankets, chairs, coolers, umbrellas, etc. Wish we would have had a chance to use the tennis or pickleball equipment. The kitchen was very adequately supplied. All in all a very nice condo and we would definitely return!

We had a wonderful stay at Seawinds. They are near the end of the island where it is a quiet and yet not too far from fabulous restaurants. The condo is in a secure building and the front desk staff is very friendly. The condo is nice and comfortable.

The condo was decorated cute, obviously a lot of thought went into it. We loved being on the 3rd floor, the stairs were an easy option. The beach gear was much appreciated-best umbrella we’ve had. The kitchen was nicely stocked although the dishwasher did not have a utensil basket. The air conditioning unit did not cool the condo and the humidity level was high. The jute rugs held onto the humidity and shed fibers. Nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit. Overall it’s a nice unit and we would definitely rent it again. Harborview was easy to work with, communication was easy as well as check-in and out.

We had a wonderful time. The view was incredible from the third floor. You have everything that you need especially for the beach. Very close to restaurants and grocery stores. The condo was very clean and open. The two walk-in showers were great.
The only suggestion that we have is to get rid of the rugs. They are not user friendly. This doesn't change our 5 star rating though. Great place to relax.

This was my 2 nd stay in SeaWinds # 305. This unit is very well equipped and organized. We lacked for nothing. The Management company was very responsive to the 2 small issues we had, broken beach umbrella & fixing a chair on the lanai. I recommend the location, the unit, the building and the management company.

Lovely time and would return. The Beach in view from the balcony, the pool and hot tub, the pleasant people at the front office, I could go on and on. Only problem which I find is common with many condos. many surfaces, shelves, cupboards are covered with ornaments, and shells so few places to set down one's personal items. In bathroom, a shelf of shells. In bedroom the tops of the dresser, more ornaments and shells. Living room an entire cupboard filled with shells and ornaments. End table in living room ditto. I like shells but I also like space for my coffee cup, my glasses, my reading material, my wine glass and so on. To be fair there was ample space for food and dishes. The kitchen area was well stocked. The balcony was a great place to gather at the end of the day. The second bedroom door does not open from the inside, trapping the occupants, my daughters. They had to sent me a test to get them out. Other problems such as as a faulty shower tap in the main bedroom was fixed promptly.

The two bedroom condo was impeccable. All the appliances were brand new. The closets were well stocked with beach towels and toys. The two bedroom condo was impeccable. All the appliances were brand new. The closets were well stocked with beach towels and toys. The balcony was screened in and perfect for our needs as well as being on the third floor. The view of the gulf was spectacular. The only downside was the unreliability of the Internet. This condo was perfect for our 50th anniversary! It was clean, comfy, so nicely stocked with everything I needed and with beautiful views! It was awesome to have 2 bedrooms and 2 baths and the washer and dryer were so appreciated. The beach, hot tub and location are wonderful. We loved the screened in lanai and enjoyed morning coffee and evening wine and sunsets! We shall return and highly recommend #305.
