This property is close to a busy entertainment location, Chapultepec street, but not too close that it is too busy to be an enjoyable stay. There are some nights that you can hear the nightlife past 12am, but in the living room area, not in the bedrooms with the a/c on. We did have an issue to report but it was taken care of by the property manager in a timely manner. Overall a great location, walkable distance to many restaurants and shopping areas. We used Uber a lot while there and it was an easy spot for them to find.

Had everything needed for a cooking and a nice stay. Location was absolutely perfect. Close to many stores and restaurants. Would stay again.

Emiliano was great at communicating with us on any questions that we had. The whole process was seamless. Great apartment in a great part of town.

While some of the finishings are aged or damaged, the babies lace is overall very well appointed and in a great location. Hosts were very responsive and flexible.

Host: Claudia, was sweet and approachable friendly. She met me at my Uber to assist w/ bags. My significant other had to work so, I came alone. I was nervous at first, but she and her housekeeper made me feel comfortable. It’s a lovely apartment as shown online. It’s very clean. Oh, there’s a washer / dryer to refresh clothes. I really love the patio where I did my writing. I’m a Children’s author, and needed peace, and quite to finish my book and I did. It’s a quite apartment with security. No worries about safety. The neighborhood is safe, hip with restaurants within 1 block. A hospital is only 2 blocks away. The bus to Cento 1/2 block back on same street; bus T-10 or any bus going to Centro only 8 mins away to Centro. It’s so quick on your way back you could actually pass your stop if not paying attention. Lol! I would’ve appreciated if the kitchen had salt, pepper, & garlic or seasoning condiments for cooking. Mostly, people who rent are not familiar with area to shop for these small items. Also, small complimentary soaps like in a hotel, would’ve been nice too. Again, guest shouldn’t have to search for these things on short stays. The apartment is very spacious, quite, adorned with modern furniture, and a very pleasant stay overall. I would stay here again; definitely. I recommend this apartment.
