Everything was perfect. The hotel was brand new with very up to date facilities for business and leisure. Excellent value for money. I'll definitely be coming back when next in Lagos.

The free breakfast consist of an egg, bread, and either tea or coffee. They did have CNN and ESPN news channels. The bed was hard but for bad backs great. They have hot water in the shower and faucet. There is a self-controlled a/c in each room. They went against their policy and let my service animal stay with me. The rooms were cleaned daily. There's a bar and restaurant. Thank you to Gift, the receptionist, she was a blessing to me during my stay.

Toward the end of my stay, he became mean and rude over a bill that was being paid on our checkout. He refused my breakfast the last morning. The kitchen's food for a foreigner was horrible. The rooms are infested with mosquitoes. Which I complained about several times. I actually contracted Malaria during my stay. The area is awful and unsafe. There is no phone service outside the hotel. There's only 4 channels. Street boys hangout there during the night. It's not a place for Americans
