Mon séjour dans cet établissement a été très décevant

Mon séjour dans cet établissement a été extrêmement décevant. La communication avec le personnel était peu aimable, et les agents de sécurité se sont montrés particulièrement désagréables. De plus, les photos des appartements ne correspondaient pas à la réalité, ces derniers étaient beaucoup plus petits que ce qui était présenté en ligne. La propreté de la salle de bain laissait également à désirer. l’emplacement dans le quartier est préoccupant, situé dans une rue dangereuse. Malgré ma réservation pour deux personnes et le paiement correspondant, nous avons été informés que mon ami et moi ne pouvions pas rester ensemble dans l’appartement réservé malgré notre nationalité anglaise. On m’a alors demandé de payer pour un autre logement afin que mon ami puisse y séjourner. Les agents de sécurité ont adopté une attitude arrogante et ont utilisé un langage inapproprié. En somme, je ne recommande pas cet établissement.

A nicely and modernly decorated flat

It looks cozy and nice with a big terrace.

The room doesn't have a heater but there is only an air conditioning in the living room. When we entered the room with the air conditioning on at the degree of 30, we felt very hot in the lounge but cold in the bedroom. We realised that why the air conditioning was on and our room was open. We had to keep the room door open to make it warm. In addition, the window in the bedroom which is connected to the terrace can't be locked. If someone jumps to the terrace at night, there would be a risk for people in the bedroom.

Nice apartment but too noisy

Bright apartment - without balcony. Clean and comfortable. Short walk to main shopping mall. Very friendly and helpful receptionist called Hakima.

We were hoping for a quiet stay but during the night, noise from neighbouring apartments was so loud we were unable to sleep until after 2A.M. The walls are paper thin and sound insulation is very poor. Cut our stay short to 1 night only.

L'emplacement, la propreté, personnel sympa. Merci a Fouad pour son professionnalisme 😋

Il serait tres souhaitable de changer les serviettes chaque jour et d'exiger à certains clients de réduire le bruit au delà de 23h.

Take ear plugs

The worst stay ever. The noise was unbearable. There was constant drilling and banging from next door. The walls are very thin and you can hear kids screaming. Music being played loud. And French women talking loud.

Je ne recommande pas…

Le personnel très très gentil et toujours disponible. L’emplacement est bien.

La propreté est vraiment limite. Quelques fourmis se baladaient dans la salle de bain… le mobilier n’est pas en bon état (abîmé, porte de placard bancale, etc.) Je ne sais pas pourquoi mais je me sentais pas en sécurité (malgré l’agent de sécurité), assez bruyant (conversation dans les couloirs, bruits, portes qui claquent). L’agent d’entretien était vraiment gentille mais bruyante (porte qui claque juste en face de notre chambre). Déçue…

Nice and modern apartment. By Moroccan standards (nothing against it - I love Morocco) it is above average accommodation comparable to European standards. Cleanliness was also surprisingly exceptional.

The coffee machine that was advertised in the photos and listed in room description was missing. The shower drain was very smelly.

Has nothing to do with Arribat center

The fact of associating Arribat center to the name of the residence is a real scam for me, it's a private building and has nothing to do with the shopping mall and it's far from it, the kitchen need basic equipment like tea kettle and a pan. Putting a non connected microwave on the fridge like a decoration element is a non sense, equipment should be connected and functional

Super fast check-in, helpful and patient staff, rooms very large and well equipped. Position close to the center but a car is recommended. They have a dedicated parking lot!
