About this condo rental
Nestled in Virgin Islands (U.S.), this attractive condo for £80 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. This 1 bedroom unit has been 100% renovated. I've seen numerous units in Sapphire Village and this is the nicest, most modern in the complex! New floors, bathroom, paint, furniture, spectacular bar connected to the kitchen, granite countertops throughout, backsplash, 55in flat screens in bedroom and living room and unit has high speed internet. It has gorgeous views of the ocean, marina and St. John from your private patio. It's a 3 minute walk to Sapphire Beach for an excellent day of snorkeling and relaxing. Sapphire Beach Bar has great food/live music. It's a 2 minute walk to two different swimming pools and the marina, where you can do snorkeling trips, boat trips to other islands, including British Virgin Islands. Condo is a few steps from a very nice restaurant/bar, Sudi's, which is awesome! Less than 1/2 mile away is Red Hook which has many excellent restaurants and bars. Condo has a king size bed, full kitchen, living room and everything you'll need for your stay. Split A/C units in the bedroom and living room keep the condo very cool. Full-size fridge, bar with bar stools, patio furniture and games in the condo. Laundry available onsite and TV has Netflix. This condo worked out well for my one night stay. The bar/restaurant was next door and therefore I didn’t need to leave the property.

My wife and I just got back from a 8 day stay at Raleigh's property. Raleigh may be the best VRBO host I have encountered yet…his communications were very prompt and helpful as he answered any/all questions we had about the property or the local area.
For us, Red Hook was a great location for exploring the rest of the USVI and BVI…and Raleigh’s property at Sapphire beach was a great value. Plenty of space, good appliances & furniture, cold A/C, good internet, and walking distance to Sapphire beach and Sudi’s (2 min walk) & Sapphire Beach Bar (5 min walk). Office & Laundry facilities are 100 feet from unit, and laundry is $6 to wash and $2 to dry.
Local Safari buses at the top of the hill can take you to Red Hook for $1, but no good for the return home…as it will take 2 hours because the buses only go clockwise around the island. You cannot safely walk to Red Hook !! No sidewalk, and the road is narrow and curvy with no shoulder. Taxis are $6/PP to/from Red Hook.
Our only cons we had were…. I don’t think it’s was effectively communicated that the unit is on the first floor, so the view from the patio is slightly obstructed. Also, can definitely hear the folks in the unit next door when they have the television up, etc..but overall they were respectful. Lastly, for us..the bed was not very comfortable, as it was pretty stiff.
Overall, we would not hesitate to stay with any of Raleigh’s properties again…and would use Sapphire beach again as a home base for exploring.

The condo was spacious for the 2 of us. It’s in a great location, sapphire beach, and easy to get in and out of the unit. The AC was cold and the showers hot! The wifi and tv worked perfectly which was nice compared to other places that we have stayed. I will book this place again.

This was my second time staying in one of Raleigh’s properties and they are immaculate! This unit is perfectly located at the bottom of the hill in Sapphire Village, right by the marina. A very easy walk to the beach and nearby restaurants. I loved having coffee on the balcony in the mornings. Raleigh’s an excellent host, I would gladly stay at any of his properties.

This place was everything we had hoped for! Close to the marina, short walk to the beach, and not far from red hook “you can walk there if you want” we did a few times but it isn’t the easiest walk with not much room on the shoulder of the road for half the walk. Snorkeling gear and chairs were provided which I appreciated very much! Some games like Yahtzee and uno to play and a couple tvs to just relax and chill inside if you want! All in all a great place to stay! I’d highly recommend! Hope to come back again someday!

Everything about the condo was great! Such a perfect location with the beach right there, the marina outside our door and Sudi’s terrific food and atmosphere. Everyone was so nice. We definitely want to return!

Super clean, comfortable. Loved the coffee pods they provided, and the shampoo as I had forgotten mine. There were only 2 bath towels provided for a week stay, apparently we were needing to go to the office for more, but the office had been closed from Thursday-Monday so there was that. If you stay here, and plan on cooking, bring seasonings, I did and that made a huge difference as things are a bit pricey. Mini splits in both parts of the condo so it was easy to keep comfortable. Beautiful view. Sudi’s fish tacos are highly recommended.
The only thing that would have made this place utter perfection would be a decent frying pan, the ones provided were pretty basic. Can highly recommend this place. Good location!
There are places out here that will rent you a vehicle, for a way better price than the big three at the airport. Also the local street shuttle/open air transport was a good way to get around if you weren’t in a big hurry and want to see the locals.
Overall a great trip for us as first time visitors.

My stay at this location was seamless from check in to check out. It was very neat and clean and conveniently located just steps away from Sapphire beach. I could look out the patio door and see the marina where I had booked an excursion. The only thing that I would change would be to.
make the sofa a pull out sofa bed to add additional sleep space. Perfect for a couple or a family traveling with a small child or two.

We loved our 18 days in this condo. Loved the view of the islands off shore and the marina. Loved the updated condo with its big TVs, comfy bed and couch, full size fridge, and the wonderful beach artwork. We highly recommend renting a car, we drove to sapphire beach instead of walking. The chairs, cooler, noodles and beach towels provided were awesome!!!
I loved our trip to Water island. Sudis has the best deal on the island, $10 breakfast! “The Market” or cost u less has the best prices on groceries.
There’s only a few things I didn’t like about the island that’s the power outages and the no see ums! So if your prepared for those things it’ll be great. Everything is perfect paradise here! The condo is fantastic!!!

Con: power went out for a few hours got really hot in condo, we did not get a response until the next day. A couple of roaches found in condo. Only one roll of toilet paper was provided for a week stay. Unable to use TV in bedroom would not connect to internet.
Over all satisfied with the price paid for stay. It was a good value for the money and easy access to beach and restaurants.

Great apartment, spacious and comfortable, with strong air-conditioning, and beautiful ocean view.
Excellent location, close to the beach with an easy swim to the coral reef. Left for the guests snorkeling aquipement was a pleasant surprise, and we had a good use of it.
The only suggestion I can make is to mention in the description of the property the staircase to the apartment. This information could be very helpful to those, including myself, with knee problems.
Overall, we had a wonderful experience, and would gladly recommend this property to our family and friends

We have been coming to St. Thomas for over 30 years and insist on staying on the East end of the Island. Sapphire Beach is now the only place we stay. It has a wonderful beach, a great bar and now a gourmet restaurant. Raleigh provided us with the perfect condo to enjoy the best St. Thomas has to offer. It is only minutes from Red Hook and the St. John ferry. The place was spotless with a great view of the harbor. We look forward to our next stay.

Easy comms with the host, great appreciation and help (we arrived a little early). Well appointed, clean tidy, easy to figure out (wifi av etc). Nice touches for us to enjoy.

We have been to many islands and St. Thomas has the most spectacular views! Islands and mountains everywhere! You can see all this from the balcony of the condo. The condo was very nice, clean and near everything. We especially enjoyed the restaurant/bar, Sudi’s, steps from the condo. The marina is in the backyard so we were able to take advantage of sailing with captain Mark of Virgin Island Day Sailing. Awesome experience! Highly recommend staying at this wonderful condo!

Very comfortable stay. The condo has everything you need and more. We loved the on site restaurant, (Sudi's) good food and great people. Sapphire beach is a close walk too. Great coffee shop on site and the beach bar is a blast.

Property was great. It was right on the marina, the sights were perfect. Raleigh responded to all my questions within a few hours, he gave great suggestions on places to eat, Island Time Pub was amazing their pizza was great, friendly staff and got our food in a timely manner. The restaurant at the condominium, Sudi’s Caribbean bar and grill had nightly specials, great drinks and the service was good. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend staying here. Everything you need to visit the beach, hang out in the condo or just chill is in the condo.

The property was easy to reserve and the owner was very attentive. There a couple of restaurants on the property and a cab stand made it easy to get a ride to and from Red Hook. Red Hook had a great market (Moe’s) for supplies and a number of good restaurants.

My stay was phenomenal! As a St. Thomas native, it was amazing to get to see how well done this property was for my staycation back from the states for the holidays. I was able to stay soak in the relaxation. My partner and I were comfortable, felt secure, and the balcony was EVERYTHING. The view, the coffee, Sudi's and the pool right nearby, everything remodeled, clean, and above expectations. BEAUTIFUL!

The condo was clean and newly remodeled. Condition excellent. We did not use a/c nor TV so can not comment. The view could b improved if the crane was removed in front of the villa ocean side porch.
Access to the beach was easy but I suggest a map drawn to help find the access path.
Sudi was great with very friendly staff.
The complex staff were very helpful too, helping us find the taxi stand.

My husband & I stayed fir the 1st half of our anniversary trip, what an excellent property. Well maintained, very clean, plenty of cooking utensils. The cooler, ice pack, & beach chairs were a welcome bonus for beach hopping! We brought our own snorkel masks, but, it was great not to have to pack those bulky flippers. Red Hook has great restaurants, & Raleigh's recommendations were spot on. Bed was super comfortable. Easy access to St John. Great communication from Raleigh prior to our arrival. Rent this condo, you won't be disappointed.

The view from this updated, clean unit is terrific. Short walk to one of the better beaches on St Thomas. And either a long walk or a short safari/taxi/drive to Red Hook, with the hourly ferry to St John.

I had a wonderful time for my stay, the view is perfect, the owner is great with the feedback on any questions you may have. Great tasting food on property, Jet ski rentals is a 2min walk to the marina , taxi service is a nearby . You just call and they would most definitely come and get you and take you wherever you need to go. Only one thing I would suggest that the apartment might need more of a selection of pots like bigger ones because I'm a big cook lol and I didn't quite have that option but all around its a great condo , Perfect vacation spot.
I would definitely be renting it again in the future.

This property was very clean! It felt nice and cozy inside, the Air-conditioning blew cold, and overall my friend and I enjoyed our stay! The pictures on here are very accurate and we would definitely book again if the chance arises! Thank you for the great stay!
