This was our second year in this Falmouth home and it didn’t disappoint. Beautiful home, with lots of extras - central air during a heat wave was key! We had a wonderful time! Thank you for an amazing week!

What a charming, accommodating and convenient house in Falmouth. Three grandparents, a couple with a baby and an 8-year old boy all stayed comfortably. Upstairs bedrooms are bright and welcoming and the AC works perfectly. The house was tidy and had everything we needed to cook in most nights, including a bbq on the deck and a yard with outdoor shower. Lots of board games and beach equipment to keep kids happy. Communication was above and beyond. We loved the location near Menauhant Beach and the neighborhood is great for strolls.

We had a great time at Karen’s house in East Falmouth. It’s exactly as it is in the pictures. Very clean. Spacious. Really comfortable beds. Nice amenities. Loved the outdoor shower. Beach stuff in the garage. Lots of nice touches. Well appointed kitchen. Karen got back to us right away if we had a question and was always friendly and helpful. We wanted to be on a quieter part of the Cape that was less busy. This was just that. 12-minute drive to Falmouth. Quick ride to the ferry to Martha’s Vineyard and the shining star bike path. Initially I questioned being so far from some of the popular towns in the middle of the Cape, but in the end we were very happy to be in a quiet part of the cape near nice beaches and ponds. Highly recommend.

This is a lovely house: modern, clean with spacious bedrooms, great kitchen. Nicely decorated with comfortable furniture and beds. Karen provided lots of little amenities and plenty of beach towels. Great air conditioning appreciated over 2 hot weeks. Loved the front porch, outside shower and location - one mile from great beach.

Everything about this property was Clean and New!... floors, furniture, bedding etc. . Each room had Towels and Robes waiting for us. Kitchen had everything we needed .......small deck off the kitchen was nice and quiet even though we were on a main road you couldnt tell sitting out...I cant say enough nice things about this stay the owner was pleasant and informative the property was perfect and the location ideal!!

Very comfortable house -- attractive, modern, comfy furniture, good spaces for hanging out in. Hosts provided thoughtful extras including laundry soap and were very attentive to address hiccups like an odd mechanical noise. Will be happy to return to this house!

My family of 7(4 kiddos age 2-10 and senior FIL included) loved staying at the beautiful and well appointed Cape rental. The location was perfect for us! Within minutes of the beach, shopping, the ferry, and restaurants, but in a quaint community with a lake in walking distance. The home was very clean and comfortable. The bedding was soft and beds were exceptional. The couches and chairs were in excellent order and we enjoyed reading and playing games as a family in the spacious common areas. The kitchen was expertly appointed. I was very pleased and was able to make a full breakfast easily with the kitchen pans and tools available. We have been coming to Falmouth for a few years as a late summer family trip, and although all our stays have been nice, this home is the first that I have wanted to rent for the following year! We didn't even use all of the homes many amenities, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

I can't speak more highly of this house- we had the best week at Karen's East Falmouth home. Everything was sparkling clean, and the attention to detail was just amazing throughout. The house provided so much space (we had 6 adults), but we never felt cramped. The driveway and garage provided us with ample parking, and the front and back yards were awesome bonus areas. Inside the house, the central A/C worked very well, the beds were extremely comfortable and each bedroom had great closet space / storage. We had everything we needed from kitchenware, linens, *terrycloth bathrobes*!!, beach chairs, etc. Karen thought of everything, we felt like were were at a luxury resort. Karen thought of everything; you can tell she is very hands on and very much cares about her guests' experience; she even offered extra hospitality, welcoming us with local Cape Cod wine and chips! Her communication was clear and quick from the time we booked to checking out. The only thing I wish was that we could've stayed longer. If you couldn't tell from this review, I would highly recommend this home to any of my friends or family. Thank you Karen & Scott!

We had a fantastic week in this beautiful home! The extra touches like robes and lots of towels made it feel like we were in a luxury hotel, but it was also as comfortable and cozy as being at home. Everything we needed was already at the house – from kitchen supplies to games, they had it all. We could walk to the beach, or ride a bike that was also provided! An amazing way to cap off our summer. Thank you!

This was hands down the best rental experience! The hosts were super accommodating, the place was spotless. The amenities were perfect and the house was filled with all the necessities imaginable, an absolutely wonderful experience. The location was great, accessible to stores and the beaches. The cleanliness is primary for me and this house gets an A+. It is only 1.2miles from the beach which we enjoyed on Sunday morning and got to see seals on the rocks. We will definitely be returning. Thank you Mrs Ora Witherspoon

If you can book this home do it now! I have a feeling this will go fast during the summer months! We stayed March 26th-29th and we wish we could have stayed longer! The location is perfect to the shops, restaurants, beaches, you name it! The house itself was very easy to get to and the neighborhood was quiet and everyone was really nice! We were blown away with the spa-like amenities, bathrobes, and welcome book. Everything was pristine, beautiful and we immediately felt at home. Some memorable gems: small boat launch to the water down the street, beach within walking distance (although we brought our bikes). We did a leisurely 8 mile bike ride along the Shining Sea Bikeway but we saw plenty of walkers too. You can hop off along the path and head over to the beach in some spots so would definitely be great for warmer weather and some pretty photos. We didn’t bother packing groceries because we were right down the street from everything we needed. The first night we ate at Josh’s but be sure to make a reservation as it was very busy during dinner! We had some craft beers at Bad Martha Brewery (dog friendly and great outdoor seating), and got a fried seafood platter at Seafood Sam’s. This spot is great for outdoor dining plus you can jump on the bike trail from there. We were feeling lazy one of the mornings so we ordered breakfast though DoorDash from Persy’s Place and loved the corned beef hash and homemade cornbread. We slept in our last day and enjoyed some complimentary board games that were in the breezeway and tried to finish the cutest dog puzzle but had to get going. Before we headed home we tried brunch over at Anejo Mexican Bistro and were pleasantly surprised by the cute shops in the area. We didn’t have time to go to any of them but that will be our first stop next time! Thank you to Karen who was the most gracious host! She was so easy to talk to and she has the perfect home to relax in. We will be booking again in the future!
