Waters Edge condo complex is situated on the snow-white sands of Okaloosa Island. The emerald green waters are a feast for the eyes and the wide open beach is a beautiful expanse for exploring or relaxing to the sound of the surf. PLEASE NOTE - This unit does not offer a water view as it is on the ground floor; however, it is only steps to the pool and beach entrance! -NO ANIMALS OF ANY KIND. We are sorry but due to severe allergies, we are unable to allow animals of any kind into our unit. We enjoyed our time at this condo. Great location, no water view but you can be walking on the beach in just a few minutes. We love walking along the boulevard and being so close to Stewby’s.Good communication with the owner…would recommend!

A beautiful condo and right on the beach. Amazing pool and easy access to the beach which included an umbrella and two chairs. Parking was easy, and owners communicated everything very clearly. The plumbing was a little loud, but that's the only criticism. We'll definitely be back. Our family of 6 had a total blast!

This condo was perfect for our one night stay in FWB. The hosts were very accommodating to our needs and were great with communication. The condo is very clean, private, very close to the beach, and had very close parking. Check in and out was very easy. Was perfect for our kids as they had toys inside and sand toys for the beach. Would highly recommend!

We booked this condo for a week and we could not have been happier with our choice!
The condo was clean, quiet and private. Located just steps to the beach and large pool. Super convenient to parking right outside our door. The condo had everything we needed and more. The beds were all super comfortable.
We all enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay here again. Thank you Brandon and Melissa for allowing us to stay!

We enjoyed our stay at Water’s Edge. It was clean and well maintained. The community was also really well kept, the common areas were immaculate and cleaned daily.

This condo was nice and updated. We loved the location of the condo. You don’t have the foot traffic walking past your patio so you can enjoy breakfast outside. The pool was very nice and clean. The biggest pool I have seen for a vacation spot. Very easy access to the pool and beach. Liked having the outdoor showers when you come off of the beach. Perfect place to stay!! Melissa and Brandon always responded quickly and very helpful if you have any questions. Hope to be back in the future.

This condo was perfect for our family of 4. It had everything we needed including a pack n play for our 5 month old. The built in bunks were a fun touch. We loved the easy access to the pool and beach. The included beach service was amazing too! We can’t wait to come back!

This condo was perfect for a long needed vacation! Very “beachy”! It had everything we needed with full kitchen and laundry. Convenient location- even though it didn’t have a direct view of ocean, it had a great patio and easy access to the pool / grills/ beach. Brandon and Melissa were great hosts and very responsive with information before and during our stay.
We will definitely consider this in the future. Wish we could have stayed longer!!!

We were extremely pleased with our stay in this condo. Very clean and well supplied in kitchen and bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. The pool was so clean and big. Beach was perfect. Loved having the umbrella and chairs included. We hope to stay again the next time we are in Florida.

We had such a wonderful time here! The location was amazing - steps to the pool and beach right on the ground floor. We loved how comfortable the unit was and our kids loved the bunk beds! Can’t say enough good things about how much we all loved staying here. Definitely would stay here again!

The weather was a little cool, but beautiful. The food in the destin area is amazing.
Our condo was perfect. It was bright, cheery and immaculate. We are former Condo owners, so we are very particular. This condo met all our expectations. Check in was a breeze and the owner was very quick to communicate with us.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here! The condo was spotless clean, beautifully renovated and very well stocked on everything you could possibly need. Really couldn’t ask for more. Perfect decor and little details just made it so much more enjoyable and cozy. Great location, just steps away from the beach and pool, yet quiet and relaxing. Perfect condo and location!!
We just spent the most wonderful week in this condo! It was the perfect size for my family of 5. We had plenty of space and it was immaculately clean and had all the amenities of home. I cannot rave enough about the location...quiet...safe and absolutely perfect for families. Within minutes of anything you could need. We spent our days at the beautiful beach and took advantage of having beach service included with the rental each day, then we spent our evenings in the fantastic pool area. We have stayed at a handful of condos in the Destin area and this one takes the cake. We will definitely be back!!!

You cannot beat the location. Beautifully updated, perfect for two adults and our 2 young children. We enjoyed the beach service, pools were awesome, great family-friendly atmosphere. Just minutes from tons of great restaurants. Will definitely be staying again!

The property is just as described! It was extremely clean and well kept. The condo facility was as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back! Communication with the host was Jimmy John's fast and much appreciated. Can't beat the price for the location. The beach was stunning and not crowded.

From beginning to end the booking process was super easy, the condo very very clean. Close to the Destin area. The host always quick to reply and answer all questions i had. The place had all the space we needed for me my husband and 2 girls. I would def book from them again.

The space was very clean, Very comfortable, very well stocked with most everybody you need for the stay. I bought groceries was able to cook everything using their utensils. If I was a foot taller I would have been able to see the beach from the patio. It was very quiet also you couldn't hear any other people from that location.
The owners checked on me when u arrived and made sure I didn't need anything and was available if I did. In short the place was perfect. Just what I needed!!
