Situated in Seville, this charming condo for £217 per night is a great option for your next vacation. The apartment is located on the first floor of a beautiful house located on Abades street. It has an elevator which has access to the entrance of the apartment. Access to the apartment is through a hall which leads to a beautiful fully furnished and decorated spacious living room, it has modern style with classic touches, and at the same time elegant. On the other side is located the modern and fully equipped kitchen, which has access to the furnished private terrace. The terrace is large, spacious and furnished with garden furniture and it also has an hasaccess from the living room and one of the bedrooms. The apartment has three bedrooms, two of them with two single beds (each 0.90 x 2.00 m) and the other with two singles beds (each 1.05 x 2.00m). It also has two bathrooms, one of them is an en suite bathroom and the other has independent access. The apartment is located on Abades street, in the heart of Santa Cruz neighborhood, a few meters from the Cathedral, the Alcazar Palace, the Giralda tower, etc. It is the oldest and most historical area of Seville, mostly with pedestrian streets and surrounded by old churches, palaces, monuments, etc. In the area there is a grocery store and all kinds of stores, as well as numerous tapas bars and restaurants where you can enjoy the best Sevillian and Andalusian cuisine. The booking of each Genteel Home accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or Whats App, and you can contract or refuse them. For more information about the management of experiences and extra activities of the accommodations, please visit our Privacy Policy on our official website. ** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses.** During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation. Spacious, comfortable apartment in a fascinating part of Sevilla. Easy walk to most major sites. December was a wonderful time to visit with blue skies and moderate temperatures.

Very comfortable apartment with everything needed and lots of space for a family. Very nice terrace . Clean, airy and quiet.

Good apartment, perfect for groups of friends as has 3 good sized twin rooms. Lovely living area, nice terrace and reasonable kitchen. Main issue was with check in, which was very rushed, although in fairness it was the start of Semana Santa and the whole town was very busy with processions. This wouldn't have been an issue if there had been any information left in the apartment about such things as the wifi password and what to do with the rubbish. A single sheet, even just in Spanish with the key info would have made a lot of difference. That said these are relatively minor gripes and were partly resolved by messaging the hosts. The apartment is lovely and in an excellent location, 5 minutes walk from the cathedral.

Our family, including my 2 year old daughter and my in-laws, absolutely loved our stay in the San Bartolomé property. The flat was the perfect size with plenty of space for all of us, and we especially loved sitting on the terrace each day and soaking up the sunshine. The kitchen is well fitted for most needs. The location is excellent and just a 5 minute walk to Real Alzacar and the cathedral. A 20 minute walk into Triana. Check in and check out were very easy. We would absolutely come back!
