This place was awesome. Had never thought to stay in Coobowie before. A great little town. The place was great! Had everything we needed, spacious & clean. Katie was great to deal with. Responsive, helpful and friendly.

Friendly property manager, neat and clean house. It was a good little spot to get away and explore the coast. Probably a little bit small for us with 7 adults and 5 kids, given the weather wasn't great to enjoy the outside space.

This house catered perfectly for our family of 11. With 5 bedrooms we all had our own space but still able to come together in the lounge room, dining table or outside. There were plenty of cooking facilities so we could cook each night. The addition of children’s toys, board games and CDs were very thoughtful, and also a Nintendo Wii even though we didn’t have time to play it! Katie was helpful and let us know of some local events happening that weekend. We will come again.

Easy to organise, great house and location

This house was perfect for our family of 10 adults. We rarely find a house with 4 queen beds. The kitchen had plenty of cutlery, crockery and utensils. It was clean and tidy and exactly as described by the owner. I would recommend it to anyone requiring a large house with lots of space.

Beautiful location, very clean house. Plenty on room for everybody to move around the house. Easy and ideal to get any where on yorkes. Great communication with owners from start to finish. Would recommend to anybody and definitely will go back.

Great beach house. Great host

The house was lovely, clean and spacious, with a great outdoor area for the dog to play. Very well set up with board games, items for babies/kids, cooking and cleaning. Katie was great with checking in while the weather was bad, and ensured we still had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Thankyou for an amazing stay! We looking forward to booking again soon.

The house was just beautiful, clean and spacious. Plenty of area for kids to play and dogs to run. Katie was amazing with replying to messages and nothing was too hard for her to help you enjoy your stay there. Just absolutely loved it there. Plenty of nearby towns to visit. The only thing I would change (but that's just me personally), is to have a fence running right across the driveway, where the double bunk room is, and then at the narrow side of the house. Even though there is a fence out front to keep dogs in, I didn't feel safe just leaving them there, as someone could just open gate and let them out or take them, so unfortunately, we had to cage them when we went out. But apart from that, thank you so much for an amazing stay. We will be booking again. :)

Great holiday with family & space for boat.

Easy stroll to beach and park, close drive to boat ramp, comfortable accommodation with good amenities, thoughtful hosts. Whole family had a great time!

The cleanliness and size of SeaChange is fantastic. Katie is a great host, and sorted any problems we had very quickly. Our dogs loved having so much room too. Great location, with a short walk to the beach. Some undercover parking would be a great addition. Katie's attention to detail is fantastic and the small details to welcome guest is a perfect start to the holiday.

What a great stay! As soon as we arrived we felt comfortable in this spacious house. Special thankyou to Katie on your prompt responses. Was nice to be off-line for abit although tesltra & optus coverage was fine , Vodafone not so much. We will be back! All the best in 2022 :)
