This is the second property we have stayed out with Thomas and we love this one. Great location in a quiet neighborhood near water, very clean and loved it! We will be back!

The host was amazing. When we arrived the air conditioning and refrigerator were not working. We contacted the host and he immediately provided us with a different property for the night. As my family was at the other property he had an electrician out who determined it was a power problem from the power coming into the house. He had the electric company out at 11pm working to repair the problem. We were able to move back to the original property first thing in the morning. We will definitely rent here again when we got to Newport.

This was such a cute place. Fully stocked and very clean. It had a huge yard for the dogs. I stayed with my two little dogs. It's a short walk to the Bay. Thomas was sooo easy to contact. I definitely will be staying again in the future.

My family and I had a great vacation in Rhode Island! The cottage was clean and a perfect size for spending time together. It was a short drive to all the popular locations (Newport, Narragansett, Jamestown, etc). We absolutely loved the cute quaint town off of Wickford Village. Delicious restaurants and cute shops to go in and out of. Overall, we had a fantastic trip. We visited the water multiple times at the end of the street and even enjoyed the kayaks.

Location is convenient to the Narragansett area Comfortable current up to date accommodations with good amenities. Private secure and quiet quaint New England neighborhood. Uncomplicated and easy stay

Very quaint and relaxing home in a nice location for beach and restaurants. Great place for pets too. Also, owner was supportive to any of my concerns prior to the rental and replied quickly when I had a question.

Home was just redone and absolutely beautiful. 15 minutes from everything- much cheaper than staying in Newport. Yard was also big and my dog loved it!

We had a lovely stay. The rental is new… and still needs a few little things to take it from good to great. But the neighborhood was amazing and the owner- Very easy to work with. I would definitely stay again.

Everything advertised and more for my wife and dogs. Everything seemed new from central ac to landscaping to fence ( be aware there are small gaps that pets or kids can get through on 3 ends). 4 kayaks as pictured on site with a short walk to a delightful saltwater cove full of birds of all species from heron to egret. Great neighborhood quiet and friendly- never had so many waves and smiles! So close to south coast beaches,Jamestown and Newport and especially Wickford Village. Half a dozen decent restaurants nearby ,convenience store at end of the street and a fantastic indie market Dave's nearby. My only critiques ( which wouldn't prevent me from returning) were TV very small ( negated by easy to use Samsung plus with lots of free channels? ) ,couch and living room chair small and bedroom door squeaks . I'd rate this in my top 5 rentals for the value,location and truth in advertising. Actually the pictures don't do it justice!

Great yard for our dog to roam around in. Clean rooms, spacious kitchen to make breakfast and lunch. House is 20 minutes from everything!! Great house for a family of 4!!

The house was cozy and the yard was amazing! However, the dryer did not work for any of our stay and there was a leak in the master bedroom ceiling on our last night. The owner was very apologetic and communicated swiftly. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

The house was cute, comfortable and clean with a nice big outdoor sitting area. Be sure to bring extra garbage bags as those weren’t supplied but there is a minimart conveniently around the corner. Also be sure to pack a full-size mirror if you’re with a group of girls as we were. Was definitely a little difficult to get ready to go out with 6 girls and 1 bathroom mirror.

My family of four really enjoyed our stay in this Wickford cottage. The cottage was recently remodeled and was clean and tastefully appointed - and is very close to the beach. One bathroom is a pinch point for a family of four but the bunk room with three beds made it easy for our teenagers to coexist. The four kyaks were a great addition. Thomas and Linda were exceptional hosts and quickly answered all questions and catered to our needs.

Pros: very new looking and clean (besides the ants). Good location. Hosts were reliable and communicative. Check in was easy. Cons: Ant problem in the kitchen. The AC did not work very well and it got really hot at night. Very expensive for the small space. No linens whatsoever were provided, which was told to us upfront but still disappointing given the price of our stay.
