The lease application should be sent to Regatta at least 20 days prior to beginning of lease. The Board and Regatta owners are very adamant about wanting to know who enters the Regatta, so it is extremely important for you to fill out the correct paperwork and submit it to us before you arrive. Effective immediately, if the paperwork isn’t submitted for each renter and a check for each renter isn’t received, Security will deny access to them on arrival. Please confirm that this was completed at your earliest opportunity .

Property was a disaster. We inquired on the condition of the overall property and was not informed on the ongoing construction. We arrived and the lanai was fifthly and needed to be mopped; some lightbulbs in the high-hat lights needed to be replaced in the entry way and the master bath; hard to miss. Clothes dryer did not work the first few days and it was replaced; same issue after the new dryer was installed. I determined that the dryer vent outside the unit was sealed shut and I had to climb up and release it; probably didn't need a new dryer. Toilet in the guest bathroom never shut off and the hot water did not work in that shower. Had to wait on various days for workmen to come in and fix the issues. Very noisy location and with the construction around the pool, not luxury or relaxing at all. Another property that we booked had the courtesy to inform us of the ongoing construction and offered a refund or a reduced fee; we took the refund and booked what we thought was a luxury condominium. The unit was never inspected before our arrival and many of the issues could have been addressed. Instead, part of our vacation included waiting for workmen to arrive for the needed repairs. I could go on, however, I may run out of space. Owner offered $100 for our 3+ days of inconvenience which I find insulting.

Best location for beach lovers
This property was a two block walk to Vanderbilt Beach. No worries about parking as there is parking on site. Made trips to the beach super easy. The grounds are beautiful and they have a great pool. It was a nice size condo with three good size bedrooms. Nice size kitchen with any appliance you could possibly use. Our family totally enjoyed it! Would definitely go back again.

Great to rent through Verbo. Rental person and host easily reachable when we had questions. Property was clean, and beautiful, location 5 minutes from beach pool was easily accessible and view of the pool from large terrace. Exactly what we wanted.

This property is listed for 6 guests. There is not access to the breakfast bar, it is blocked by large furniture and only 4 chairs at the dining table. There is mold on the shower curtain and a fowl smell coming for the corroded tub drain. There is no lint filter in the dryer....only rust. The beds are very uncomfortable. The owner claims that the new beds are backordered and did not advise us or rent at a later date. The cream carpet in the bedrooms need cleaning and stretching at least. The walls in the master bath shower space have buckling paint and mold in the corner wall, near the floor. The owner stated that this is the first time she has rented this property and made light of the situation. It is near the beautiful beach, the pool is beautiful, and near grocery stores and restaurants.

Great Location and easy check in, though you only got one key. Big balcony and kitchen had all items one would need. The property manger got back to me timely with answers to my questions. Downside for us is mattress were very firm. The guest bathroom had an odor whenever you use the shower it was worst. I think the drain needs to be clean.

Elevator was a plus as we had a father in 90's in a wheelchair. He was able to enjoy pool area. Drove to 5th Ave downtown Naples for dinner short drive. Owner was easily reachable. We stayed at this spacious 3 bedroom condo with 2 teens. The condo was clean and completely as pictured. The size of the screened in balcony was a very pleasant surprise - big enough for morning yoga. The pool outside the unit was very pretty but tended to be loud and full of kids. The second pool, across the complex, was quiet and relaxing! Although it was only a 5” walk to the beach and beach chairs, umbrella and toys were available in the condo, the beach was packed! We tended to walk the beach I. The morning or sunset but otherwise stuck to the pool due to crowds. Would definitely stay again.
