Modern en goed gelegen appartement. Oude binnenstad op loopafstand. Na dagje Lille heerlijk om in appartement uit te rusten en bij te komen. Zeer compleet ingericht en zeer attente eigenaar.

Slaapbank in woonkamer is handig, maar zit niet zo fijn. Let op.. apartement op 3e etage.

Loved the design - and the extra touches (baggage storage is genius). Everything in a compact space without feeling remotely squashed. Lovely shower, well equipped, good storage for clothes etc. Cute, comfortable and cool. Terrific location right on the doorstep of some of the best parts of the city. Terrific vfm too.

Super Lage unweit der Altstadt. Tolle Kommunikation im Vorfeld und völlig problemlose Abwicklung. Die Wohnung die wir hatten, war mit allem ausgestattet was wir benötigt haben. Schönes Bad mit bodentiefer Dusche, bequemes Bett, eine gut ausgestattete Küchenzeile etc.

The apartment is situated at a walking distance from most of the city attractions. Check-in and check-out were smooth (the key was left and returned in a mailbox). The apartment is furnished and decorated with taste. Some coffee, tea, and water were left (for 2 people, though we were 3).

The place is a bit run down - the walls, doors, furniture, and mattresses have a lot of stains and dirt and need some in-depth cleaning and upkeep. The shower has a mixer tap, which doesn't allow to regulate the quality of water. The sofa-bed is extremely uncomfortable (very thin mattress) noisy. Cars park in front of the windows (on the sidewalk), so there's not much privacy.

This flat was located in a quiet area. Although it was not in the centre of the city, it is convenient to go anywhere. All the equipment in the flat was new. The bed was comfortable, heating was working well.

There was no lift provided by the flat. The stairs were not friendly to elderly, which was not easy to go. And the luggage-saving place was not safe at all. No one was there. You can use the password to open the door of the luggage-saving area.

Beau, propre, proche du centre et la réception est impeccable

Une belle situation dans le vieux Lilles mais au calme. Une conciergerie à l’écoute professionnelle et adorable. Je le recommande pour le charme mais surtout le côté sécurisant j’y étais avec ma fille et on a pu sortir en se sentant vraiment bien. Situé à 10 m à pied du parc Citadelle. Génial quant on a un petit chien.

Toll ausgestattete Wohnungen, sehr gut gelegen. Tee und Kaffee werden bereitgestellt sowie Wasserflaschen und gutes Shampoo/Duschgel. Das Badezimmer ist sehr komfortabel. Auch der Check-in ist gut geplant und einfach.

Der Wasserkocher war schmutzig und auf dem Laken befanden sich fremde Haare. Bei der Sauberkeit könnte also noch etwas genauer hingesehen werden. Es ist etwas hellhörig.

Relatief ruim en praktisch ingericht appartement, met een behoorlijk volledige uitrusting. Leuke 'volkse' buurt, op loopafstand van het centrum en met de auto gemakkelijk te bereiken. Parkeren om de hoek, van 21.00-9.00 gratis (langer duurde ons verblijf niet). Heldere instructies.

De trappen zijn aan de smalle en steile kant. Kan voor sommigen een probleem zijn, zeker als er wat meer en zwaardere bagage mee moet. Was bij ons (71 en 65) niet het geval, dus geen probleem. Niet echt relevant, want toch geen tijd om te kijken, maar de tv hebben we niet aan de praat kunnen krijgen.

Location and design

The insulation is bad, you can hear everything what happens at the neighbors. You wake up early in the morning due to noise of the neighbors. Unfortunately we were not able to rest.

Access to our flat on the second floor was up three flights of very steep, narrow stairs , very difficult with cases and bags and probably impossible for some But, a lovely flat

The location of the apartment is perfect for the old part of Lille and it’s easy walking distance to local shops and restaurants

The only small (very small ) criticism is that the main setting in the lounge is a sofa bed which was not the most comfortable but acceptable and would be very necessary if more were sleeping there.

quiet residential area surrounded with excellent restaurants and bars. functional, well designed and well equipped interior.

very steep, narrow communal staircase which is difficult to navigate even without luggage. also a freak heat wave whilst we visited Lille and the apartment was very warm and hard to cool down. doubt this would usually be a problem.

Great location. Kitchen had coffee machine, toaster, microwave, kettle and two cooking hobs. Powerful shower, comfy bed. We will definitely return.

Sofa bed used as the settee in the lounge was extremely uncomfortable to sit on which was a shame as there wasn’t anywhere to sit and relax in the evenings. Stairs to the apartment were very steep and narrow which we were told about prior to booking. Fine for us but definitely to be considered before booking.
