This is our second stay here. The first time was 2 years ago, and there have been some updates. Freshly painted wall in living room and the queen guest room, for starters. Additional fixtures and decor made it very home like. Drew responds promptly to any communication. Doing laundry and cooking our own meals is paramount, plus allowing our pooch. We would stay here again next year!

The neighborhood isn't perfect, but that appears to be the climate of Evansville at this time. At no time did we feel unsafe. The biggest downfall for us was- it was 90-100 degrees and we couldn't set the home temperature to any lower than 72, it was humid and hot in the house. A heads up to bring fans would have been wonderful. Dehumidifiers would be beneficial and the ability to even go as low as 70 would have been nice!

Second time that we have rented this property. Host is awesome and so easy to deal with. Property was clean and fit our needs well. If we back in the area we will stay here again.

Stayed here for the second time at this property for work. Myself my colleagues were thankful for this property rather than a hotel. Host was very helpful and sorted out all our questions and needs. Property was as listed.

The check in and communication with the owner was great and very easy. The king bed was very comfy. The house is well appointed with what you need. The bathroom is disgusting. There are black hairs all over and mold. The shower faucet barely works. The tub is gross and doesn’t hold water and I have 3 little kids who take baths. There are no mattress protectors or pads which is extremely unsanitary. The other beds were not comfortable and the bunk beds are very squeaky. All of the windows were unlocked when we arrived. I recommend a TV in the master bedroom. The washer and dryer are ancient and take forever (like 2+ hours) to dry a small load of laundry. I wanted to love this house bc it is convenient to my in laws and one of the only rentals in the area, and the pics online looked decent but it was honestly just “ok”. With a small investment from the owner on some details, this could be a 4 rating in my book but you can tell there were a lot of corners cut in making this a rental. .
