We loved the view and the openness of the home. The home was beautifully decorated and fully stocked with everything we needed with a few exceptions, like towels in the garage/bedroom area. The people who stayed in there had to use the same towels from when we used the spa.

We were INCREDIBLY disappointed by the temperature of the spa. That was the main reason we booked this home as there are many to choose from in Sedona. The property manager refused to increase the temps and told me it was set for the summer, however, the temperature outside got very low once the sun went down and the 88 degree spa was not comfortable at all. We asked a couple different times if they would reconsider and all I was told was that they were doing their best to accommodate us, but I think they were quite confused as to what the word ACCOMMODATE means. Additionally, the night before we left, I received a text from the manager giving me a lengthy list of check out directions that mostly consisted of cleaning tasks that needed to be done- even going as far as asking us to start the laundry despite the $383 cleaning fee I paid for the home. It would have been nice to have been warned before our stay about the spa, as we would have booked somewhere else for the $2k price for 2 nights.

The javelinas who strolled through one morning! hot tub; location; neighborhood was walkable; views were outstanding; perfect number of rooms and beds for our group of 9; nice open kitchen with good appliances and dishes; clean, bright, open floor plan; amazing patios. We didn’t get a chance to use the outdoor bar or karaoke; needed a longer stay!
