The landlord lives in the building and is always available and happy to help with any questions you might have. The holiday apartments are located only approximately 300 m away from the nearest beach with crystal clear water and approximately 200 m away from the village centre. Stari Grad offers a good choice of cafes and restaurants, famous for traditional fish dishes and local wines, shops and markets. This 50 m² air conditioned holiday apartment is on the raised ground floor level of the villa and consists of a kitchen and dining area, two bedrooms and one bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with a gas cooker, fridge with freezer compartment, plenty of cutlery and tableware, a wooden dining table with wooden benches and a satellite television. The two bedrooms are furnished with a 180 cm x 200 cm double bed each. Both bedrooms have spacious wardrobes offering plenty of storage space for your clothes and luggage. The bathroom is complete with a shower cabin, wash basin with wall mirror and a toilet. Towels, bed linen and reliable WLAN internet access are provided in your holiday apartment free of charge. The two bedrooms open onto your private, south-facing terrace which is equipped with a table and chairs and overlooks the leafy garden. A secure parking space is available right in front of the building.
