Luxury at its finest in this highly sought after gated community. This lovely villa is designed for indoor-outdoor living featuring corner pocket doors that lead to the spacious private lanai. The lanai is surrounded by tropical foliage. Ceiling fans enhance the tropical breeze. Take advantage of al fresco dining with the outdoor gas grill and large table for six. Relax with your favorite beverage and enjoy the surrounding natural beauty. This accommodation includes a beautifully designed living area, large cozy sectional, fully equipped gourmet kitchen with a breakfast bar and top of the line appliances, flat screen television and wifi throughout. The beautiful formal dining table offers indoor dining with plenty of seating for the whole family. The Primary Bedroom is located downstairs and is incredibly spacious. Featuring a King Bed, sitting area, large ensuite bathroom with soaking tub, walk in shower, and a private lanai! The second Guest Bedroom is also located downstairs with two full size beds and a full ensuite bathroom. The top floor features a third guest bedroom with king bed, private bathroom and french doors leading out to a french balcony. The main living area also offers a half bathroom for guests to use. This two story town home also features central air conditioning throughout, a full sized washer and dryer, private garage, covered car port across the driveway for a second vehicle, beach chairs and beach towels to use at the beach or at the property pool! Ho'olei property features a stunning pool with a waterfall, grotto, sandy beach area for children, and two jacuzzies to enjoy. Feel free to take the beach towels provided in your unit down to the pool to use! There is a fitness center to use next to the pool area, and a covered kitchen pavilion. Poolside massages are also available! This is a gated community with 24 hour security available. Beach access is located directly across the street through the adjacent resort. You are able to dine at any of the resort's restaurants, as well as set up spa appointments, but please note that pool access at the adjacent resort is not included with your reservation at this Ho'olei villa. While we strive to keep all photos up to date, there may be new and updated pieces of furniture or décor that are different than in the original pictures. We spent a week long family vacation with our 2 daughters and sons-in-law at Ho’olei 24-6 and everything was perfect for our stay. The unit was ideally located, spacious, extremely clean and very well equipped for our group of six. The kitchen and its high end appliances had everything we needed for our stay. The pool is in a lovely setting and very close to the unit.
Wailea beach is a 10 minute walk away and access is easy through the Grand Wailea hotel just across the road.
Communication with CB Island vacations was excellent and they replied promptly to any questions we had.
We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Ho’olei 24-6 and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this unit to anyone looking for a spacious unit in Wailea that is close to the beach and has good facilities.

My family consisting of two grandparents, two parents, three children ages six, four, two stayed here and this was more than enough space. The townhouse is finished very well. This is a high-end rental. We loved opening up the accordion windows to make the indoor outdoor living possible. This is directly across the street from the grand Wailea it is a very short walk to those restaurants. I had a conference at that hotel, and this was very convenient. It is a easy walk to the beach. We also walked to the luau at another resort. You can easily access the beachfront walking path that goes across multiple resorts. we also walked to dinner at the hotel Wailea, which is up the hill. The pool is excellent and my whole family enjoyed the pool. I will definitely stay here again. The only negative is because this townhome is on the edge of the property near the busy road that you do get some road noise when sitting out on the lanai.

This is an amazing villa! The unit was sparkling clean and the check in procedure was highly efficient. Communication via text with the management company made check in and the stay outstanding.
Only complaint is this unit backs up to a busy road. When the patio doors are open the road noise is outrageously loud. When the doors are closed it is peaceful. We loved this complex and would come back again.

We very much enjoyed the location and the townhouse. Very spacious and comfortable. Great kitchen as well. Little bummed we couldn’t use the hotel pool at the Grand Wailea but the pool for the villas was nice too and the easy walk to the beach was great.

Wow, what an amazing place! This condo was so spacious and perfect for our family. Everything was truly wonderful. The condo was very clean. The elevator (yes, there’s an elevator!) was super helpful when doing large grocery runs. The kitchen wasn’t as stocked with spices, oil, etc as some other places we’ve stayed but that can be easily fixed with a quick trip to Safeway, which is just up the road. We did find that we had no cell reception (AT&T) in the condo - you’d have to go out on the deck to get cell service. Wi-Fi messaging and calling worked fine. My husband has Verizon and he had no issues with reception. The pool area was SO nice and un-crowded. We have young kids so we spent a good amount of time at the pool - our son absolutely loved the waterfall. Everyone that we encountered was so friendly and helpful. Seriously, this is such a wonderful place to stay - we would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect size and luxury -- better alternative to staying at one of the expensive resorts nearby if you're going with a family or small group. Great kitchen setup and privacy for each of the bedrooms. Beautiful pool area as well!

Relaxing and Comfort
This place was amazing. It was comfortable, clean and walking distance from the beach and shopping center. We enjoy cooking in the living room attach to the Lani with open setting while enjoying the cool breeze from the ocean. No doubt this is a hidden Gem to stay with the family and relax from the crowds

I've had my eye on a stay at Ho'Olei for quite a while and I was not disappointed! I loved virtually everything about it. It was amazingly clean and well-appointed and the property manager was very accommodating to an early check-in, even calling the next day to make sure everything was to our expectations. I loved the location of 24-6 because it was so close to the pool and to the gate, leading to the beach and Grand Wailea. No having to climb up and down the hill that would be required for the other villas with the ocean views. The only downside to this was some street noise that could easily become ocean waves with a touch of imagination. I would stay in these bottom level villas again, though just for the ease of access to the beach. Tip: when opening the doors to the lanai on the bottom level, keep the screen doors closed. Many, many flying insects get in otherwise that like to buzz in your ear throughout the night. This doesn't happen upstairs, and we kept those doors open all day long. The only other thing was that we would have preferred to have been able to turn the A/C either off or keep the temp much higher. We prefer just using the Tradewinds rather than artificial cooling. Downstairs, though, it seemed that we could only place the temp higher on "Hold" for a few hours before it defaulted back to a lower temp. Could possibly be user error, of course! Five stars across the board!

We have stayed at this unit several times although it is under new management. The unit has been refreshed with a fresh coat of paint, new carpets, etc. The location of the Ho'Olei complex is a 5 minute walk to the beach and the Shops at Wailea. The unit has almost everything you need. It would be nice if the rental company had the ability to store your bags given the early check out time of 10am.

And they accommodated a late check in, which was so kind. Would love to stay again and recommend highly. Oh and having the washer dryer right at garage door was perfect. Mahalo

Beautiful location and condo
We had a wonderful stay. The house was much larger then the photos led us to believe which was a plus and fun for kids to play hide and go seek. The kitchen was beautiful and very comfy beds. We loved the downstairs master bath. A couple minor setbacks was that we noticed ants out first day and it’s not baby friendly with the large staircase and no baby gate but we made due. The on-site pool and workout facility was beautiful. We enjoyed it all very much.
