A bad experience

The hotel is new, looks clean and modern.

1. At check-out the woman with the nose piercing from the reception was extremely rude and unprofessional. 2. The check-out is in reality at 10 and not at 11 as written on Booking, but you only find out when you check in. 3. You can't have a restful sleep! It was very hot in the bedroom because the air conditioning was not working. The air conditioning in living room was very loud - impossible to use overnight. The apartment is extremely noisy - all the rooms facing at the road are very noisy because of the cars and scooters. The pillows were such hard and inconfortable that we couldn't sleep on them. 4. The shower is impossible to use without filling the whole bathroom floor with water. 5. The rude reception woman came knocking at the door at 10.04 because we were 4 minutes late with 10 o clock check out. The hotel was 80% unoccupied. 6. The hotel has a construction site nere the pool. They don't show this in the pictures but you can verify on Google satellite. So no, for all this, and moreover because of the attitude of reception woman I do not recommend the hotel. I have never met such rude and unprofessional reception personal in all the travels I had. You are treated as you were a problem for choosing this hotel, not a client.

Amazing stay

Everything was spectacular, the room was huge, the staff was super attentive (on the day of check out they offered a coffee and some breakfast items even though they weren't included). Very good restaurants close by. For sure we will be back, keep going with the good work

the only negative point was the smart tv that I couldn't connect to any app, I asked for help and it was promptly assisted but after trying it, it still didn't work. the wifi wasn't the best either, but it didn't affect our stay at all

Disappointing! Poor location and construction site!

room was good - nice interior design

It is a construction site and you cannot use the pool as overlooked by builders. Building noise from 8am - 3pm!! TV didn't work and could get Netflix. Showers are a disaster and flood adjoining rooms! Failed to mention construction ongoing on site when booking. Lighting in rooms very poor.

We had a lovely holiday exploring unspoilt areas of the far west of Crete.

Location was perfect for access to the town for shops bars and restaurants and to explore the west of the island. The apartment is stylish and generously sized.

We had breakfast on day one which was too large and felt incredibly wasteful.

Very modern Apartments. Nicely furnished with a comfortable bed. Outstanding room service cleaning the apartment every day. Walking distance to Restaurants but still in a quiet area. Would book it everytime again.

If you take a shower the bathroom is "under water" 😉

Clean, new and confortable. Washer, Iron, a few utensils (but no microwave)

This is a room for couples. The bathroom doors' are translucid. No privicy. People outside of the bathroom can see whover is inside. Ridiculous. Also no hangers in the bathroom. Workers were polite but no necessarily friendly. No sunlight in the pool in the afternoon. Pool water is cold.

ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!

Everything was beyond our greatest imagination, we absolutely loved the stay there. Ladies working there were so kind and helpful. We were upgraded to bigger apartment free of cost. You could tell everything is new and well maintained. Beautiful pool area with comfy sun beds and lovely plants. there is everything one may need in the apartment. SUPER CLEAN! Doesn’t feel like hotel at all, feels like home! Calm, lounge music playing near the pool. Also delicious food for good price. I will recommend to absolutely everyone! I hope to bring my parents this summer and definitely plan to come back next year myself. PERFECT!!!!

the only thing I can come up with is the pool bar opening hours, would be great if it’d be open longer but apart from that nothing

Exceptional

The hotel is totally out of expectation. The staff is so welcome. I arrived at 3am and the hoster still helped me with check in. You can even choose your preferred pillow between memnory form and normal ones. Everythingis perfect. I highly recommend this hotel.

lovely stay in charming Kissamos

everything was great, especially the staff was super friendly and made sure we felt special and well looked after in case of any questions. facilities, rooms, location were all perfect too, a short walking distance away from restaurants and bars and rooms ans facilities were all new and clean.

Rain shower, pillow choices, very comfortable mattress, new towels, duvet (low season), air con or heating (low season), car park, spotlessly clean, serviced daily, very helpful, friendly staff

No faults at all, exceeded my expectations, wishing the team every success for the summer season.

wifi (and smart TV) not working, no good possibility to heat (cold in winter), no cleaning equipment/ towels in the kitchen.

Nice place but let down by cleanliness

Facilities were great (public pool and small private pool) Within walking distance of Oia Great breakfast

As raised by other customers in a few reviews, cleanliness is poor, particularly for the pools. Would I stay there again? Probably no, expected the place to be spotless given the price.

Good place near Gramvousa

It was big, spaceus 2 floor apartment. Almost brand new. Hopefully started work not long time ago. There is big pool.

No knife in apartment apartment big and dinning table to small, for 5 persnons Staff English wasn’t very good Adrress they provided was wrong. You need to drive about 100-200 meters more…

REALLY BEAUTIFUL EXPERIENCE!! Highly recommended!!!

Brand new hotel next to the center of Kissamos!! Excellent staff!! Really helpful and kind with all of our requests!!! The town of Kissamos is very good with nice restaurants and cafes in the beach! Our room was spacious and very clean! We enjoyed our stay!! Too bad we had to leave!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Wonderful stay in Sapphire Suites!!!!

Nice , comfortable hotel!! They opened in August!! Our room was clean and comfortable!! The bar serve really good and real coffee and no typical coffees like other hotels. Nice staff

Exceptional

Freshly built, so everything is brand new. The suites are very spacious and have large balconies. Breakfast is provided as well. The location is perfect - not directly in the center and therefore a bit quite. Balos and falassarna can each be reached in about 30 mins by car.

Nothing, except that the bed could had been a bit bigger.
