This was the perfect place to stay during my layover in Atlanta. I had my pet with me and they were very accommodating to the both of us! The pet friendly room exceeded my expectations and the early shuttle was super helpful.
The early morning staff wasn't very friendly during checkout, didn't speak and just asked for the key. The staff during check in though made up for it with their kindness!

Great free airport shuttle and another good thing about this hotel is it's proximity to the airport. Has a nice outside seating area which is in the car park effectively. Rooms are functional, clean and pretty much as expected. Staff on check in were very friendly and very accommodating.

Perfect stop for our family during a road trip. Pet-friendly, good size suite for us - we were able to have our baby's crib set and still have plenty of room to move around. The bathroom was also a great size and the breakfast was amazing! Loved all of the different omelet options.
The location can be a little loud as it's close to the airport and to busy roads.

I did not get a chance to explore all of the facilities of the hotel. I was not told of what amenities were available at check in. The location is decent.

The only thing I didn’t love was the airport shuttle was a little dirty and smelly, but I loved that the service was offered

Canceled reservation and still had to pay for both rooms for 1 night. They said they had no cancelation on file but I had the name of the person I spoke to and date and time but didn't matter. No refund. I have to take it up with booking.com

Room came with a lot of useful utilities, like a fridge, microwave, etc. it was perfect for our one night stay! Also the shower was amazing.
We had to call down at night to ask for linens for the pull out couch, which were brought to us so not a big issue. On another note, we were repeatedly awaken by a dog barking in a room next door.

Quiet clean peaceful.
Love your kids can use ethernet for internet with ps5 or Xbox. Great work area if your doing online work in your room. Refrigerator was spacious.
House keeping should bring towels daily. Had to keep asking for towels.
Breakfast to basic needs a better food selection very strict diet type food. Need some biscuits and grits and bacon 🥓 .

The staff was very helpful and polite
The let out sofa smelled like urine and had blood stains on it. It was disgusting. No mattress covers on ot or anything.And they didn't even bother to accommodate us..

Staff was pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was good.
Pillows were uncomfortable, toilet paper was hung backwards. Bed was slightly uneven so that it was lower at top. Would have been no big deal, but I have vertigo, and it was an issue.
We were under the impression from the complete kitchen description that there would be a cooktop and there wasnt.
