Situated in Lake Texoma, this charming house for £156 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Firefly Hideaway has a spectacular view of the lake from the deck or from the jacuzzi/hot tub. Large shower with rain head. Two tiered deck perfect for out door meals. King size bed to help you dream of the good days ahead. Queen bed in other bedroom. The electric fireplace is remote control and operates with or without heat so it can provide ambience even on warm nights. Newly constructed fire pit with the option of wood fire or charcoal grill. Gas griddle also available. The fireflies are visible at night from mid May until late fall. The cabin is an open arrangement and Ideal for small families, honeymooners or a cozy getaway for meeting up with close friends. There are lots of local restaurants and shops of all kinds of interesting choices in Denison and Sherman that will fill several days of exploring. As for exploring, there are places along the lakeshore where fossils abound. Just come with some sturdy shoes and a backpack.

Beautiful little cabin! Great views, nice Lakeside charm, and the fresh cookies made us feel very comfortable. Absolutely loved the outdoor setup and the hot tub was very well treated! Would definitely stay here again!

Me and my wife wanted a romantic get a away! And boy did we get it! Very nice, quite and romantic get away. Dwight was very helpful in everything we needed. Close to jus abt everything u wanted to do! Had a very nice beach to go to and swim or jus hangout, restaurants in area were also very nice and had good food. Very nice neighbors made our time here awesome! Thank you Dwight! For everything!

We came for the boating and the lake was amazing. The owners of this property were the best communicators weve ever experience. Even when we ran out of regular listed stocked items they were replenished very quick. Fans in every room are a great touch. Used the grill and if you go into downtown Denison head over to the railyard ! Pay for the launch ramp by the day ($10/day) it was a nice grade and easy to launch/retrieve. The island restaurant had great food on the water (texas side, 2 coves down near tanglewood not at tanglewood resort) . Get the golf cart rental it made our slower nights fun cruising the neighborhood and seeing the wildlife. We saw a huge variety of butterflies due to the natural landscaping in the backyard , a fox, and 1 little racoon during a storm seeking shelter. There was a great lightning show through the trees oklahoma side it was magical had a few neighbor dogs (very friendly older pups) come say hi they wondered back home just as quickly. If your on the fence about the hot tub, dont be, it was a greaf experience to be outside and see all the stars. The views are spectacular as well drinking our coffee every morning on the upper patio .easy to get to and very easy to park our 28ft boat(over 30ft trailer) in the overflow parking , to park though come up the street (not down) pull up past the driveway and back in, the street out front is steep sloped. Overall a great stay great owners great location very accommodating and we will be back.

This was a wonderful home to stay in while we visited with family in the area. It was just what my husband and I were looking for! The house was clean and we felt instantly at home. I loved that there was a full kitchen with ample accessories. It was great to have a binder full of suggestions and menus from surrounding restaurants for when I didn't feel like cooking. The house is out in the country, which made it feel even more like a get away! Spent several evenings in the hot tub watching fireflys in the backyard. We will definitely be staying here again when we come back to visit family. Thank you!

Our family loved our time at the Firefly Inn. From the homemade cookies to the beautiful view, we enjoyed every minute. The master bedroom King bed is very comfortable too. Thank you Dwight & Toni! We will be back.

Owner met us in road outside unit and told us how best to get our boat in the "extra" driveway. House clean, good TV choices, great kitchen set-up and BBQ area. Lots of places to sit outdoors, very well shaded by trees, great view of lake. Thanks

Location is perfect with a beautiful view! The house was very clean and stocked with everything you need. Very quaint and quiet area. Close to the lake. We loved riding around on the golf cart. The hosts are very responsive! They provide ideas for things to do and you can tell they take pride in providing you with a pleasant and enjoyable experience. We will definitely be back!

This was the perfect place to get away for a bit. The dock being close was ideal for us as we went to fish. The parking in front of the garage was ideal! The house was well maintained and very clean! We would visit again!

We really enjoyed our time at this cabin. The porches and window views are amazing. You can sit in the hot tub and see the lake with an amazing view. I enjoyed a peaceful fire in the firepit in the evening on the lower patio. Toni and Dwight went out of their way to make sure we felt welcome with giving us information and havingin everything ready at the cabin (the golf cart we had rented). The cabin is clean and there are adequate towels, basic kitchen necessities, and a great overhead shower. The neighborhood is easy to access, and I literally ran down the road right to the lake. We were here in winter to relax. But, it would also be a great place to come in the Spring and Summer and get out on the lake more for fishing or fun. - Kristina Martin

The most amazing location and home ive ever been! Literally has everything you need! Seriously! Home felt inviting and safe, everything worked perfectly, Hot Tub was incredible, Fire pit was fantastic, the detailed instructions, the cookies when you walk in..... Absolutely perfect! Wife and I completely enjoyed our stay and we’re very impressed with all the little things we found in the cabin. It was also extremely clean, and even smelled nice ! The location was great, being right by the boat ramp, it made exploring the lake on the boat so easy. We liked it so much, that about 48 hours after we got home, we went online and booked again for another stay in about a month. Thank you Dwight for your terrific hospitality!

They were the perfect host. The house had everything we needed. My two young kids and wife had a great time playing games that were in the house and enjoyed sitting out on the porch with an amazing view of the lake. We will be back it was the perfect getaway from north Dallas.

We had a fantastic stay. The house is very comfy, the outdoor decks are great for enjoying some down time, the hot tub is a nice addition, the subdivision is nice and quiet, the golf cart rides were fun & the owners are great. Even though only an hour from Dallas, we felt like we were on a nice vacation. Thanks Toni & Dwight for sharing your lovely property. We will definitely be back!

This home was perfect for a mini getaway for our husband and I. The king bed was so comfortable, and the hottub was so fun with a perfect view of the lake. We would have loved to stay another night! We tried out 2 of the recommended local eateries and enjoyed that as well. And the hospitality and cleanliness were top notch! Thank you for a wonderful weekend away!

The cabin was especially clean and inviting! We arrived to a warm fire and homemade chocolate chip cookies! The pictures posted online were accurate. Dwight and Toni are very personable, and we enjoyed getting to know them. They are great hosts! The outdoor areas were so perfect, we didn't want to leave. Eli was a fun surprise for us, we loved playing with him! Our experience with Dwight and Toni and staying in their cabin was a delight and we came away with great memories. This stay has by far been our most enjoyable vacation rental to date!! You will NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!

My husband and I had the most amazing time at this cabin! It was so clean and Dwight was very informative on anything you needed to know. There is a detailed binder that has literally everything about the restaurants and sites in the area as well as how to work all remotes. I would recommend this cabin to everyone! We plan to come back in the summer and bring our kiddos! ❤️

Wonderful views of the lake. Hammock, picnic table, fire pit, outdoor seating and hot tub! Lots to do inside too. Big tv, lots of seating, board games and books provided. Very clean and updated with cabin charm.

Loved our stay here; this was just a 'quick' getaway after the holidays just to relax and recharge. Great view of the lake and very relaxing! Will definitely return in the summer months.
