Our stuff was stolen by someone who had the key. They moved us to another apartment. However, the Internet barely worked and all we heard was traffic 24 hours a day. The pool was available the first week but second week it was broken. We were always told that it would be fixed but never was fixed. They barely communicated with us. We always had to go to them. The final straw was they claimed to return our deposit, but they never did. Our credit card was not reimbursed. So they stole our stuff and our money.

We loved this property!! Quite and great pool area! You can walk to town the road can be a bit busy!!! We walked and would cab it back! One of our favorite properties!

On the premise, you can enjoy a French breaskfast with a Mexican flair every morning, a healthy lunch and dinner at Dlicious, and freshly made pizza and grocery shop at the Mercado Mistiq. The facility had a state of the art gym with cardio and weight section and beautiful pools with lounging areas. To top is all, Mistiq offers excellent services aand food. Mirza, Uli, the servers, and.security guards were attentive, patient, and friendly. I highly recommend this place and cannot wait to return to Mistiq Tulum!
