About this condo rental
LAST MINUTE OFFER: AUGUST at 45 / night. This large and bright apartment is located just 200 m from the beach and the main avenue full of restaurants and shops and is very close to the Casino. The apartment has two large bedrooms and living room / kitchen with sofa bed. They comfortably accommodate a family of 6. If you wish, we provide a cot and more accessories for children and babies. There is television with a wide variety of channels and high speed internet connection. The kitchen is equipped with everything you might need: oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge / freezer. It has a sunny front terrace with 2 sun beds to enjoy the sun. At the rear of the apartment is another shaded terrace where the washing machine is also located. Across the street just 15 m away is a good-sized supermarket with very reasonable prices.

The location is great, just a few hundred metres from the Grand Casino on the main strip in PDC, so very close to all the bars, restaurants and shops. The apartment had all the facilities we required, e.g. iron and board, hairdryer, washing machine , kettle, fridge freezer, cooking facilities, fast WiFi etc. There is ceiling fan in the living area and a fan in each of the two decent sized bedrooms (although one of the fans is literally falling apart). There is a lockable gate at the front of the property, and we were supplied with two sets of keys. There is an area at the front of the property with a table and chairs and two sun loungers. There's plenty of storage throughout, and we were left with plenty of towels.
Now for the things we didn't like so much. Initially the apartment appeared clean, possibly because they were actually still in the process of cleaning when we arrived, however we soon noticed a plethora of cobwebs throughout. As a professional cleaner myself, I know it only takes a few minutes to rid a property of cobwebs, so my advice to the host would be to spend just a few more minutes on detail work like dusting. Also, while making a cup of tea I noticed the kitchen worktop felt a little grubby, and after running my hand across the worktop, my hand was covered in dirt. Again, it's a small detail, but still avoidable.
Overall we were happy with our stay here, if it wasn't for the issue with cleanliness, this would certainly have been a 5 star review.

The property was through out very large cobwebs hanging from the ceiling and the shower was very unsafe and you could clearly see had not been cleaned properly due to this 3 of us had accidents in the shower one resulted in me breaking my wrist and both women had very painful falls all down to poor cleaning

Property is located just 300m from Casino on C Pedro Barba, just 25m from nearest Spar store, 30m from fantastic Italian restaurant with great choice of eat in or take away, and 30m from Club Atlantico complex pool and bar.
Great size clean apartment BUT beware the actual bedrooms are 1 x Double, 1 x Twin, and two small child size beds from the L shaped sofa in the main Lounge. It is not suitable for 6 Adults because of the Lounge sofa. It has a large screen Smart TV so UK news channels are available on YouTube channel. Fast fiber broadband is also available, there is a washing machine in the patio area to the rear of the property and a small safe provided free of charge.
Overall out party had a great stay and the owners even provided a bottle of wine as a welcome gift.
Would definitely use again.

The appartment is very well equipped and perfect for a family, lots of space and two patio areas one at the back and another in the front. The property was great, however, we were sent home after 10 days of our 28 day stay because of coronavirus outbreak so our holiday was ruined, 7 of the 10 days we were not allowed out of the apartment even for a walk

Above expectations
Apartment was excellent. For cleanliness and location.
Helle was very helpful. On arrival she showed me around and explained everything. Even provided water in fridge and a bottle of wine. I noticed there was no toaster, she brought one the next day. Would certainly stay there again.

Apartment in prime location, however being a ground floor apartment, the occupants above are extremely noisy all times of day & night. The outdoor areas of apartment are large but in need of maintenance & general clean to make it more appealing to sit out. There were lots of clean towels & bedding & well equipped. The owner was very friendly on arrival & left us to enjoy our holiday. The television could do with being a little more up to date & more English channels. Overall a good holiday, but slightly spoiled with some very inconsiderate neighbours.

Apartment in prime location, however being a ground floor apartment, the occupants above are extremely noisy all times of day & night. We stayed here for a month,the apartment had everything you needed to cook any kind of meal.
the owner helen couldnt do enough to make our stay more
comfortable.
the main area's were a short walk as was the nearest well stocked spar.
all in all a good place to stay.
Yes we would stay here again.

A basic apartment
There was everything we needed in this apartment but it just wasn't to a very high standard. The beds were cheap & very uncomfortable & the shower was very grubby, it could do with getting a good scrub & replacing the curtain.

Very enjoyable
Very clean property which had everything we needed for our 9 week stay. Plenty of towels and bedding. Close to beach, restaurants, shops etc. Spanish TV only but we always found something to watch. Good internet service.
Only reservation was family upstairs where child screamed most days in the afternoons and evenings and parent shouted louder to be heard. Not the fault of the apartment owner but annoying if you wanted to stay in and relax!! We just went to the beach instead.

Good location, nice apartment, recommended.
Although we were late arriving due to a tech delay on the aircraft, Helle was waiting to greet us at the apartment, she was really helpful and showed us around the apartment and where to find the local supermarket etc. The apartment was clean and tidy, well equipped and comfortable and is really ideally situated, a small Spar supermarket just 15M away, the shops, bars, restaurants and beach within 5-10 mins. walk. A fairly quiet area, we did have a lot of noise from builders next door drilling and hammering, but that is apparently coming to an end and as we were out most of the day it wasn't enough to spoil the stay. We would recommend this property and would certainly stay again when time and money permit !

Started off well, phoned Helle from airport, she met us at the apartment,
was just as seen on site, very clean, very roomy, great position for everything on the strip, Helle was brillant, would recommend to anyone

El apartamento es grande, bien ubicado si la idea es recorrer la isla, silencioso a pesar de encontrarse a dos calles del paseo marítimo. En 5-10 minutos a pie están las playas. Sin problemas para aparcar el coche. Le falta aire acondicionado o un ventilador, o al menos mosquiteras en las ventanas para poder abrirlas sin ser comido por los mosquitos. Pero al menos no vimos ni una cucaracha, ese bicho que parece formar parte en toda la isla.
Sin duda lo recomiendo !

A un paso de la playa y de bonitos lugares de paseo y entretenimiento.
