Located in the heart of Downtown 2 blocks from the World Famous Honky Tonks and Music Venues of Broadway, The Lofts at Noel Court will provide you and your guests the upmost comfort and convenience during your visit to Nashville. The Lofts at Noel Court are located on 3rd Ave North, between Church St & Union St, across from Printer's Alley. Your home away from home whether you decide to stay 2 nights or 2 weeks is complete with all the amenities needed to provide an amazing experience while touring and exploring Music City. Each Bedroom is appointed with it's own Ensuite Bath providing everything needed to prepare for a night on the town in the Music City. The Kitchen is stocked with all the essentials to prepare a meal in, providing relaxation and time to unwind. A Kuerig coffee maker is provided with starter pods, creamer and sweetener. With a large living Area, balcony lounge with pool table, outdoor deck with hot tub that overlooks Titan's Stadium, this home is comfy and well appointed for socializing and sharing stories of your Nashville adventures. There is plenty of space to socialize and also retreat after a day out exploring Nashville. All the essentials are provided by this professionally managed condo; Towels, Linens, Starters of Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Trash Bags, Dishwasher Pods, Bath Soap & Shampoo. Xenos Luxury Vacation Rentals operates this rental and is available to assist as need. You will have email and phone contacts should you need anything during your stay. Xenos is pleased to be the exclusive Short Term Rental partner of Carver Concierge. When you book one of our properties you’ll be able to have Carver Concierge help plan your trip in any way you need – nothing is too big or too small. Parking is NOT provided. There are several parking garages and lots located on the block for convenient parking. ($20-40+ per 24 hour period). We recommend using the city's public transportation and ride sharing while visiting.

It was everything we wanted. Easy walk to everywhere. Very clean and modern with great amenities. We took full advantage of the bar area and rooftop hot tube. We’d definitely rent it again!

Overall, a fantastic long Thanksgiving Day weekend. My wife and i celebrated our 30th anniversary with our 3 adult children and 2 spouse’s. It's an easy walk to Broadway and everything that downtown has to offer. We enjoyed steak for Thanksgiving dinner using the grill and well appointed kitchen. The hot tub was fantastic! Yes, you could hear the traffic and occasional sirens, but you're in the city. The Black Market bar across the street had terrific food at very reasonable prices. It was not perfect, but didn't expect it to be. We had one issue with the thermostat for the furnace, but that was solved within minutes with one email. Yes, it was on the pricey side, but I feel overall very worth the money!

Celebrated the big 40 here. House was great! Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The property had a fresh clean smell upon check in.
The location was close to everything.
I would recommend a few more bathroom and kitchen towels.

When you you want to vacation with friends in Nashville, this location offers everything you need. Location is located within a few blocks of Broadway. Enough size to sleep 12 people. Hassle free check in and check out, offered us late check out to accommodate flights out of Nashville. They provide comfortable beds and couches. Prefect areas to gather and hang as you ready your self for the night out. We could not happier with our choice to stay at the Titan Penthouse.

Went to this property with friends to celebrate retirement and had a wonderful time! Right in the heart of Printers Alley and a short walk to Broadway. Overall property was well maintained and quick response from property manger when needed. Perfect for 4 couples and a beautiful view of Nissan Stadium from the rooftop with hot tub. Will certainly use this property again if needed in the future!

You can not beat the convenience of this location. Being able to walk back and forth to Broadway made this trip. The unit itself is awesome, with plenty of space for everyone and great details throughout. The icing on the cake was the property manager. Communication between the manager and myself was quick and easy which is greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend.

This property was amazing!! Walking distance to everything especially, Broadway and all the hot spots!! Very clean! Great for a big group! Great entertainment and lounging space. Host was very attentive. Will definitely stay here again!

The Penthouse is in a perfect location with a very nice patio.We stayed with 12 guys on the 3rd. floor, age 38 to 65 and we all like Miller Lite. the only issue that would have made it better a elevator for the old Geezers.
The bed locations were a little bit discombobulated, but we made it work.
i would recommend it for anyone, and have just one person who is a cook for the burgers and brats on the grill and eggs and bacon in the morning.

This place is great, exactly as advertised and just has tons of space. Everything is new and clean, tv’s and sonos worked effortlessly. All the beds were nice and the pool table is in great condition with plenty of top tier cues and chalk.
The best part is the location, only a short walk to Broadway and there’s plenty of parking right next door and if you park outside it’s cheaper & closer than the garage. Food/beer & liquor stores are all on the same block. If your questioning the price, it really was worth the money.

Our group was four couples and the layout was perfect with every couple having their own bedroom and bathroom. The location could not be better!! We will be making this an annual trip and staying at this property from now on!

What a great place to stay in Nashville. It was perfect location to Broadway where all the fun is. We had 11 ladies and we all had plenty of room. The place is huge. Be prepared to walk some steps as this is located on the 3rd floor but totally worth it! The outdoor space is the best and thankfully we had great weather and completely took advantage of it. We contacted the property managers on a couple issues (mainly user errors) and they were prompt to respond. Will definitely stay here again and have a big group.

Outstanding service from property manager who sincerely cares that everything is perfect for your stay. Location is perfect for walking to all activities downtown Nashville. Every bedroom has a full bathroom which is a real plus for large groups. My only concern is the stairs to the third floor bringing luggage, etc, Fortunately, we had younger kids with us to help.
