Stuff was very friendly and helpful, especially guy Jack from reception. I forgot my charger during my stay and because of flight cancellation had to come back for two nights. So Jack gave me his charger which was super helpful. Highly recommend this place if you want to stay in Dubai in not so busy area. Rooms are clean. Stuff was always smiling and positive.
I would recommend to put shower curtains because it’s a bit floating while you take a shower. Breakfast could be better

Nothing, but good location.
Extreemly bad thing is for breakfast, they send me to other building nearby, 5 minutes of walk, for the breakfast which supposed to be on the same building in normal case. It was raining like never. No pickup or at least an umbrella was provided.

The hotel wasn’t clean, old building, bugs in the room, crack in the wall, mattress wasn’t comfortable “ there are no memory foam in the mattress “ it was like stone, ac thermostat was brightness with yellow light and all the room bright, there are no Sound insulator “ you can hear other room like there are sit with you “ staff wasn’t friendly and layers

Good location
There was no WiFi in my room. Not even enough connection to use WhatsApp.. I complained every day at the reception and they did nothing about it.

Liked the location, close to airport (15mins ride), metro train station (8 minutes walk) and supermarket nearby within 5 minutes walking distance. Cleanliness was good.
Food and service at Indian Restaurant downstairs was amazing.
Room had very strong smoke smell for non-smoking room upon arrival. I asked for a different room but the manager told me that the hotel was fully booked. I ended up spraying lots of air fresher, still smelling bad as I left.
For a hotel by Millennium, the room was totally disappointing for me. I stayed in 702 for 2 nights (7-9 Feb 2024).
After 5 days I still haven't received AED 100 security deposit into my credit card.

Метро недалеко, рядом есть магазин 24/7, также рядом набережная. Персонал дружелюбен и всегда готов помочь. Уборку номеров делают хорошо
Душ в стандартном номере не очень удобный, есть только шторка и после принятия душа вся ванная комната в воде. Завтрак скудный, мало выбора.

المكان غير جميل وغير راضي موظف الاستقبال هندي كان غير لبق ولا يتعامل بلطف مع الناس او العامه وكانت اشوف مشاكل معاها وغير محترم كان عصر تاريخ 2024/1/31 دوام العصر غير محترم ومعاما المدير المناوب مصري غير محترم وشكرا لكم ما راح اسكن الفندق هذا ثاني مره خلص توبه

مكان الاقامه صعب التعامل معاهم خصوصن الهنود الاستقبال صعب التعامل معاها وكل مشاكله صادفة اثنين مشكله اثناء الاقامه جدا سيئ لا انصح بالاقامه في هذا الفندق

I liked the hotel’s reception staff: Jack and his Filipino colleague. I don’t know what his name is. They are always smiling with the customer and serving people from their hearts.
What I did not like about the new law is that there is no drinking water if you book more than a day, the cleanliness of the room is very poor, and there is no towel for bathing, and I am very upset. In the past, the system was much better, and now I hate the hotel system, since you are not in Dubai, and the goal of the hotel is only to make money without caring about happiness guests..

Their staff were professional and nice
The room had no basic needs in it, no soap no toothbrush not even a wireless charger like other hotels usually offer and the bed size was super tiny for a single bed

1- عدم الإلتزام بنظافة الغرفة .
2- سكنت في الفندق لمدة 3 ليالي ولا يتوفر ماء للشرب إلا لمره واحدة فقط .
3- أتصلت في الإستقبال لطلب المساعدة لكي أخبرهم بإن الغرفة غير نظيفة ووعدتني الموظفه سوف ترسل قسم النظافة ولم يأتي أحدٍ وأنا جدا مستاء من هذا .

الاستوديو صغير جداً وعدم وجود عوازل حيث تستطيع سماع الغرفه المجاوره كذلك اصوات السيارات بالخارج

During my stay at that hotel I got weird bites on my legs. Looks like flea bites or smth of that kind. It is literally disgusting. I am afraid my luggage is infested with something. I contacted the hotel, they didn’t respond. Means they didn’t even check the room after my stay. Also, pillows were smelling like cigarettes. I wish I would never stay there.

Bed was comfy & location is amazing.
Room are very small, Hotel is not clean, Staff is not helpful at all, Not answering the calls once you try to call reception or any room service etc. Windows are tinted you can't see view of outside.
