There are plenty of dining areas with seating and all the necessary dinnerware. OUTDOOR AREAS: The backyard has a pool and plenty of outdoor lounge furniture and an outdoor ping pong table. PARKING: Free parking is available right outside the property for about 4 cars. WHATS INCLUDED: Free wifi, Smart TVs, we provide a starter pack of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, & toiletry) for your first few nights. You may need to purchase more depending on use. The entire house is for your exclusive use. Please observe checkin time is 4pm. Due to high occupancy we may not be able to accommodate an earlier checkin. We recommend you reserve the night before or the night after at a discount rate if needed. We are here for you during your stay, but the level of interaction is up to you. The best way to communicate with us is through the app, but in case of an emergency, we are only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self checkin upon arrival and self checkout. Keep noise down after 9pm and please keep noise to a minimum in the front of the house. •Due to the property having a septic tank please ONLY flush toilet paper in toilets. •We strongly suggest you consider purchasing trip cancellation insurance to protect your investment from any unexpected cancellations. We cannot operate outside of our cancellation policy. •We do inventory after each stay and any missing items, heavily soiled or damaged linen/towels, clogged toilets, excessive dirtiness or indoor smoking will be charged accordingly.
