lovely relaxing stay in small town

location and room with a view and nearby terrace. reception host was exceptionally friendly

rain. maybe needs some updating! rooms and lobby. but we were off season— and it was slow so more noticeable

Amazing view and amazing little place to stay

We booked in front of the hotel and had the great surprize to have an excellent room 1st floor facing the lake, absolutely gorgeous view. On top of that, the Lady at the reception was very profesional. Super bathroom. Thanks

Fridge was heating instead cooling, and no boiler even for a cup of tea ...

Excellent location in front of the lake. A quiet private beach you can swim in the lake from. A good double room with a big bathroom. A very cozy hotel

Expensive room in old property but great lakeside location

The location and the lakeside grass area.

Hotel looks old and tired. breakfast no fresh fruit. Plastic bekers in bathroom. Service very back.

Happy to be the first Maltese resident in this hotel in an exceptional location in Lago di Mergozzo. Friendly staff, big rooms with high cleanliness level. Wish to return soon. 🇲🇹

Superb

Hotel is close to very cozy and charming city. Has nice private Lido. Breakfast on Saturday was very good and perfect value for money (in addition 10eur pp). But on Sunday breakfast options was pretty poor. Hotel is on the small lake, where water very warm because of the size, so its perfect option for late spring or early fall.

Pleasant stay near the Alps, Lake Mergozzo and Lago Maggiore.

Nice location on the Mergozzo lake, also dining on the waterside is an excellent experioence. The staff is very friendly. They have a small private beach near the hotel.

There is no private parking, you have to park the car more than 300m away.

Great location in a classic, stylish hotel

We had a room overlooking the lake with a brilliant view. The room itself was comfortable and in the end quiet, even though the crowds aren't far away. The location is great with plenty of restaurants etc. a short walk away. There's a small underground parking which is useful if you're arriving on a motorcycle.

The hotel itself doesn't have a bar nor restaurant, although they do provide breakfast.
