Highly recommend this place. It's huge and it's got a nice big kitchen. It had all the amenities you could think of - dishwasher, towels, roku, bug spray, tissues, etc. Parking is very easy and right outside. Most of all, it's very clean! It's close to several grocery stores and many of the manatee snorkeling centers in Crystal River. I'm very glad I chose this place.

The location is about a half mile off a main road and has a secluded feel in the woods which is great if you are after a quiet stay. Units is well equipped and has everything you need for an extended stay and the owner provided a few extra arrival amenities which included coffee filters, coffee, sugar, etc. High marks for the cleanliness of the unit as well. Would rent again in a heartbeat.

The place was very clean and very well laid out. Nice little back yard with a fence. Back patio for smokers 👍 and a grill. Kitchen was perfect size for us and the whole place was easy to keep clean. Nice size bathroom with towels and extra necessities like shampoo, soap, band-aids and other stuff that you might need but didn't pack. It was just perfect for us and secluded so it was quiet and peaceful!

The place was sooo clean and fresh. The house was stocked with essentials and a few extras. Loved that the kitchen had coffee and seasoning and NEW cookware. We also enjoyed the scrabble board game there :) Bed and sheets were very comfy and clean.

I was in town for Scalloping. Don's place is roomy, clean, and modern. Comfortable bed, good hot water and water pressure. Everything worked as promised. While you are only about 1 1/2 miles off of Hwy 19, you'll feel like you're 20. Very rural and pleasant. TV is Roku, not conventional live cable. Would certainly stay again. Good value.

This lodging was even better than what I expected from the listing. Staying here was an absolute delight. It is far better of an option than local hotels. I will definitely try to stay here again for future fishing trips.

This unit was clean, had everything we needed to cook and grill. It was very quiet and the bed very comfortable! Love the leather recliners! Fenced yard for the pup too. We enjoyed walking our dog through the quiet streets and it was close to everything for groceries, shopping and eating out. Responsive owner's who want you to enjoy your stay. Highly recommend Backwater Fins for a bite to eat and Waterfront Social Tiki (pets allowed at both)!

We did not spend much time at the property - there was just too much to do in the area. We wished we did though. It is a very secluded place just 2 minutes from civilization. It is a duplex - one is listed on VRBO and the other on a well known competitor's website - a larger group could arrange to book both at the same time. The property was very clean and we had everything we needed. We are planning our next trip.

We choose that property for it's size and location to the activities we were in town for. Swimming with the manitees. It was a great place. Very clean. Perfect size for a family of 4. It was just around the block from the grocery store. We couldn't have been happier.

A wonderful place, very clean and quiet, only minutes away from all the places we wanted to go to. Charming decoration and the layout were very inviting and after a 10 night stay we were sad to leave. We highly recommend the little duplex and we will be back for sure.

This location of this place could have not been any better! We were so close to everything, but still out of the city with peace and quite. Such a perfect stay for us and convenient all together. We enjoyed the backyard/ patio and grill. Comminication was great with our host Mr. Don, quick responses. 10 out of 10 recommend!

We had a great 3- night stay. The place is clean & comfortable, owner communication was easy, and the location was convenient. Best part is that it was dog friendly. You need to know it's a very secluded spot. It's a good thing - nice and quiet - but we arrived in the dark (and rain) and we had some doubts about where we were headed given how remote it looked!

Excellent rental experience. Found through the Vrbo website and the rest is history. Nice and spacious property. Very secluded area which was great. We have been coming to Crystal River for 15 plus years but due to a relatives passing we needed to find a new place to land. This property was just perfect.
