Place was great! Perfect location for the beach, restaurants, and night life. Holly was also so accommodating. We unexpectedly had to extend our stay an extra night and she helped us all along the way. Overall great experience.

It was five stars all the way. You can see the beach from the road in front of the house. All of the amenities I wanted. Property manager, Holly, was only an email away. Thank you so much.

My sister, her girlfriend and I stayed with our 3 dogs. The fenced in back yard was perfect for the dogs and the wood floors and ruggable rugs made us feel very comfortable with the animals there. We can to visit for our friends 6 year brewery anniversary (southern swells) and the location was perfect! I also ended up running the Jax beach classic, which started .3 miles from our door. The host even worked with us on our last day as we wanted to spend a little more time in Jax Beach. Fantastic property, I will recommend to friends and hope to stay there again soon!

The house was just right for our get together with some long time friends. It was close to the restaurant (11 South) where we had a fabulous meal. It was as described in the posting & Holly was very easy to work with.

We had a wonderful stay. Unbeknownst to us this home turned out to be just blocks from my daughter and her husband. We actually could walk it easily. We chose this home because it was pet friendly. We had a Christmas gathering with the daughter in Jax and one in Ft Lauderdale that came up to stay with us. The only constructive advice I would say would be that there was not enough casual seating in the living area for 6 people to sit and converese. If we all wanted to sit and talk it had to be done at the dining room table. We will be back to book this home again.

The place was neat and clean and had everything we needed. Having a fenced in yard was great for our dog. The neighborhood was nice and quiet.

Great stay in JAX beach
Our family of 4 had a very nice stay. Check in and out was very easy.
The place was clean and pretty well stocked for cooking.
We were able to walk to the beach and restaurants but you do have to cross A1A to get to the beach. Depending on the time of day it could be some waiting to cross. But it was very do-able.
The unit is a duplex with a shared wall. I only mention this because I feel bad for the person who lives next door and had to hear our kids screaming all week...
Overall a very nice place to stay. Great location and access to the beach

First time in Jax and was a wonderful experience. Great location and close to beach and restaurants. Not very busy for spring break which was awesome. Fenced in back yard for pets. Clean and comfortable. Great trip!

Great spot around Jax beach. Perfect distance to beach and restaurants and plenty to do. The place was perfect size. Children friendly. Loved that it wasn’t littered with Knick knacks. Had an amazing time. Owner was always quick to respond.
