Good facilities, we enjoyed the dining area on the balcony and having a kitchenette. The owners were attentive and it was easy to communicate. They made us welcome with coffee and tea sachets. Everything was ready to use. Air conditioning worked well and was a blessing jn the heat, and overall we were pleased to be there.

It was hard to understand how to use some of the appliances such as the microwave, how to enter the swimming pool area, and exiting the building was initially a challenge! We ran out of charge on our phones, and a plug would have been helpful. These were minor niggles.

We really loved the rooftop pool, with 360 degree views of the city. It was a great place to watch the sunset. We also loved the central location: we could walk to the ferry easily and also go running along the promenade. We liked it that Eastmart was nearby, and we enjoyed eating breakfast on the balcony.

The shower was drooping - it wouldn't stay up. We'd have liked CNN or BBC World news. These were not huge things.
