Apartment is perfectly situated in a quiet area of Concarneau, minutes from town centre and old walled town. Romain, our host, met us on arrival and showed us around the property which was spotlessly clean with all mod cons. Kitchen is well equipped. Beds super comfortable. Romain took the time and trouble to point out places of interest and some good restaurants. Thanks Romain. We will be back.

This property was near perfect and any fault finding would be nit picking.

Very convenient location, right in the town centre, walking distance to shops and beach. Very quiet street allowing for great sleep. Beds were very comfortable. Appartement was really nice with everything you could think about. Welcome was exceptional. Will definitely book again next year!

Garage was very handy to have but too small for our SUV. Parked in the street without issue instead.

The apartment was very well equpped and very close to the beach and to the marine station. Great value for money.

The smell of the place wasn't great. One could smell moisture.

This was our favourite accomodation during our three week trip to France. Met by very welcoming host with the keys. Parking provided in garage (this is useful as can be difficult to park in town otherwise). Ideal location close to town centre, shops and restauraunts. Being on the ground floor helped with the pram. We really liked Concarneau and would return in the future - this was also the most child friendly place that we stayed in France, and had no problems in restaurants etc. Go to the tourist office at the beginning of your stay, or phone ahead a few weeks in advance for things like the Glenan Islands trip, there are lot's of activities but things get booked up quickly in peak season. We particularly enjoyed renting kayaks and paddleboards from the beach hut at Plage des Sables Blancs (opposite the main car park). Many thanks to the host for an enjoyable stay.

We need to thank Romain and his mother for the exceptional help they gave us. We had car trouble. Romain tried the car and when the problem didn't resolve he called the car rental service for us and arranged for them to come. His mother, who speaks some English, stayed with us for two hours until the service arrived and our issue was resolved. This was a stressful situation but they did everything possible to make it better. Thanks you to Romain and Maman! This is a spacious apartment with everything you need to have a comfortable stay. The garage is a plus. The apartment is located in walking distance of shops, markets, restaurants,and the Ville Close. Our four night stay was great! Merci, Romain
