We adored the views from our room, the air conditioning was fantastic and free breakfast was great

The views were incredible, very effective air conditioning and great value for money. The breakfast terrace was right on the water too, such a lovely way to start the day.

Soggiorno tutto sommato piacevole ma ci sono alcuni aspetti da migliorare.

La posizione fantastica, terrazza vista mare bellissima

un po’ datato l’arredamento della camera e parecchie cose non funzionanti. la colazione sempre uguale mai una variante e spesso mancavano i prodotti. la reception quasi sempre sguarnita. nota negativa in assoluto, alla nostra partenza non c’era nessuno ad accompagnarci al porto pur avendo avvisato la reception il giorno prima, abbiamo telefonato più volte ma non rispondeva nessuno e alla fine ci siamo incamminati a piedi con i bagagli per non perdere il traghetto.

Amazing location close to the centre and right in front of the beach. I couldn’t recommend high enough . Mr Yiannis was an excellent host and looked after us. Thank you for everything!

Very poor

Location and balcony view

Where to start? The room smelled like pesticide during our whole stay, the lighting in the room was very dim, the beds were very uncomfortable, the bathroom shower was tiny and the shower head was shooting like a shotgun, the main window was broken and couldn't close completely to keep the light out and I could go on and on. Very dissapointed in my stay and come to think you only have to cover the basics to cover my standards. Definitely not worth the 120e per night

Best Location in Koufunissa

Great Location. Just in front of the sea: a private nest to enjoy Koufunissi 100%. Friendly staff. Studio clean. Nice the opportunity to cook and to have internal space. We will come back.

Big and more stabile sun umbrella on the terrace would be suitable.

The property has a great location and beautiful views of the seafront. The breakfast location is nice.

Our entrance door had to be pushed very strongly to be locked and it was super loud, rubbing the floor. A carpenter could have fixed it in 30 minutes I guess. We highlighted it at the beginning of the stay and nothing was done. On Sunday there is no cleaning service of the room. We haven’t been informed before. We had a lot of water on the floor after turning off the refrigerator. In fact, the refrigerator in the room is old and loud and when we turned it off, the room was flooded. The toilet in room 212 is cracked. It should be changed also for safety reasons.

Recommended Hotel for the price. Excellent location and Sea View.

Recommended Hotel for the price. The average price range of Hotels in Ano Kufonisia in July is high and this hotel offers a descent price to amendities ratio. The location is suberb with unobstracted Sea view. The breackfast area is in the yard with excellent view to the sea as well. The room was very clean, in good condition, the towels were changed every day. The room offers all the basic ammendities: air condition, nice 32 flat tv, hairdryer, shampoo, anti mosquito device, clothes hanger at the porch, mini refregirator, small safe box. We got offered a free of charge transportation with the hotel Mini van from and to the port ( otherwise a 10min almost flat walking time ). The Chora beach (Ammos) is very near, a 3m walk.

The breackfast buffet could be improved but is not basic. We got woken up one day by staff quareling which was very unpleasant, however this did not occur again the next days. The matress is a bit firm.

The price could be lower, it only makes sense in terms of the view but not the room itself. Breakfast could be a lot better, too

The stay was disappointing, nothing significant; your basic need for sleep will be met.

Front desk staff were friendly enough, and the location was good.

The hotel itself seemed disorganized; they did not clean our room until the last day we were there. The owner opened the door to our room to show it to other guests while we were in the room. He looked embarrassed but had no idea that we were there, which makes no sense. When we asked them to clean the room, they said they would that evening when we left for our evening out, but they did not. The breakfast was basic and wifi very spotty. The location is in front of the beach, but the island is so small, you can basically stay anywhere.

Simple nice hotel with unwelcoming receptionist

Posidonion is a very well located simple nice hotel

The man who seems to be running the hotel is far from welcoming or available. Also, my room was next to the reception and there was lots of shouting. Yet, the cleaner is really nice! Internet isn’t good for working and there is no laundry service in the hotel but also in the island, so it’s really disappointing that the hotel doesn’t provide this service.

delightful stay in a family run friendly hotel with an amazing view. Ioannis, the hotel manager was super helpful.

We absolutely loved the location and the extraordinary view from our room. A dream come true to wake up with the view of the sea and the other island. The manager was super friendly and very helpful.

Nothing really. Our stay was really nice. As a way of suggestion, we would suggest to install a hook for the shower and some bedside lamps

Disappointing

The staff was very unfriendly with us. They were constantly fighting outside the rooms and came at a screaming match that woke us up. They were also very rude with each-other. Our fridge was very dirty and the towels had make up on from another as we did not use any. The location and the view are very good.

great location and views

great view and the location was brilliant very close to the beach also the tables at the front of the hotel had great views

no glasses in the room so i kept having to ask for them the breakfast was had very little choice and not much fresh fruit also the mini fridge looked very unclean and when I asked about the light on the balcony to be fixed,it never happened

Location is arguably the best on the island. Beautiful views from the balconies

Female Staff supervisor/owner (?) was unfriendly and on multiple occasions could be heard screaming at the staff. One night we returned and she was violently screaming at a staff member on front of the hotel to the point that a third person had to go between and try to calm her down

Amazing place, amazing people.

The staff was amazing (shuttle back and forth from the port), gave excellent information on our future islands and was an overall great host. Would definitely recommend for anyone coming to koufinisia
