The house was lovely, very clean and well equipped. There were ten of us and we had plenty of room. The property was very nice and the view of the sunset was just beautiful. Plenty to do close by that managed to keep six kids ages 17 to 5 occupied. One thing to mention, you will be unable to access the water the house is on for any reason. This was the fifth house we’ve rented on water and the only one where we could not go fishing, crabbing, rafting or any water activities. A bit disappointing but we managed. The owners were excellent. Very quick to respond to any question and extremely helpful. Would absolutely recommend this house for anyone who is interested in going to Atlantic City or beach activities if you don’t mind a 10 minute drive to Brigantine Beach.

Loved our stay, house was beautiful and well kept. Wished linens were provided but there hosts gave us ample notice and referrals for a service if we needed it.

The sunsets. Very Spacious home.The yards was gated w/ the waterfront only 2 ft away. Great views. Neighbors had, boat docks! Diverse community. Attentive Hosts. All Amazing! Our Family ages were from 69 to 2. We were all pleasantly accommodated! We had a Pastor & a Lawyer who held conferences in the conference room. While the babies ran around the house! So amazing; Everyone was accommodated. Great experience. Well Worth it! I think we've found our Family Vaca. Spot. Thank you, Chris & Ashley for sharing your Beautiful Home. 🏆

This home is exactly what we needed to kick up our feet and relax. The pictures are fairly accurate, lots of the furniture has tons of wear and tear. The furniture outside is rusted out. The neighborhood was quiet for the most part, there was some cars gathered across the street to play very loud music.
Bring your own pots and pans, as these ones are non sticks that are scratched up and rusted out.
Hosts are great communicators.

We had a wonderful weekend stay. House was clean, spacious, and beautiful. Location was ideal, and hosts were helpful and obviously care about the property and making sure the guests have a nice trip. A great experience!

We all loved the house and the together time staying in the house afforded our group as opposed to if we all stayed in separate hotel rooms. Not to mention it was absolutely hilarious to have some of the 40+ year old men in bunk beds :) we will definitely book again if the conference returns to AC and will recommend to anyone coming up there.

Bachelor Party
We were looking for a nice house to relax in that wasn’t to far away from the action. We had a group of 11 and we wanted enough space to fit everyone comfortably. This house nailed it! Enough rooms and beds for us all. Beautiful scenery looking out the back windows and a super comfortable back yard. Enough space to grill and play cornhole. Check in process was super easy. Ashley and Chris made sure everything was clean and ready to go for us. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to visit Atlantic City.

The owners Chris and Ashley made the process very accommodating. Ashley responded to all questions expeditiously. The home was just beautiful, and we definitely plan to book again.

Great listing
My friends and family enjoyed our stay! The house was clean and had a ton of room to sleep. The backyard and grill was in great shape to enjoy our time. The property owners were extremely communicative and made our stay comfortable. Definitely recommend.

Great home! Accommodating Hosts!
Our group had a great time celebrating a bachelor party at this home. There are so many things to list: secure, plenty of space and beds, nice sized kitchen/dining, multiple bathrooms, and a great little backyard with a sunset view of the water. A+ to the hosts!

Amazing Location in Atlantic City!
This house is in a great location for Atlantic City. It has wonderful views, ample parking availability, and is very spacious. Went with a group of friends and had an unforgettable time! Would definitely stay here again knowing Chris and Ashley are the excellent hosts they are made out to be.

Gorgeous house & wonderful hosts!!
Ashley & Chris were great hosts from start to finish! Their gorgeous property made it hard to have any complaints! They were available whenever I had any questions about the house an location, and were quick to answer! The house is SO close to the AC boardwalk, making our nights out a super easy & safe commute! We definitely would stay at their property again for another trip to Atlantic City!!!

Everything was perfect!
Rented this home for a birthday weekend with friends and it exceeded our expectations in every way. My favorite part were the sunset views. Our group pictures on the balcony turned out amazing. Everything shown in the pictures were 100% accurate. The home is very spacious and clean. It is also in a very convenient location. Our group could easily take a short uber to the casinos and boardwalk. Everyone loved this property and we are 100% returning in the near future :)

The house was even better in person. The backyard was the perfect hangout spot on the water. Multiple decks to relax on, very clean house, short drive to the casinos. 10/10 would recommend.

The property is beautiful and we were particularly impressed with the sunsets, however, we paid an additional cleaning fee and the property was not clean. It appeared to have not been cleaned in quite some time. Now, although the property itself was nicely designed in structure the upkeep is poor. Again, we were disappointed particularly because it is during the COVID pandemic and a time when COVID is on the rise. We reached out to the owners about our concerns and possibly the return of the cleaning fee however, to date they never responded.

We just got home from our stay at this property and had the best time! The house was the perfect size for all 11 of us. The pictures and accuracy were spot on. The location isn't far from the boardwalk, but Uber can get pricey, so we drove a few times in and it worked out just fine. Ashley and Chris were beyond flexible with us and responded super quick. This was a first time trip to AC for majority of our group and we all can't wait to come back...thank you!

Fantastic experience, all around
Our stay at this property was phenomenal. The house is beautifully located on a river offering immaculate views and a great outdoor area for having a few drinks, tanning, playing games, and socializing. The living space is very large, boasting a wonderful dining room table and two couches, perfect for having a large group. The kitchen comes fully stocked with cups, plates, and kitchen ware - making the travel load lighter. Each room has sizeable beds and pull out twin beds for extra places to sleep. Each room is very large, especially the master with upper balcony access. Parking for two cars and street parking was a huge bonus. We were not bothered by any neighbors and the area was pretty quiet. Even better - Ashley and Chris were incredibly responsive throughout the whole process, giving us all the information we needed about the house, check in, cleaning, wifi, and more. I don’t think it took more than 5 minutes for them to respond to any questions we had. I am so happy we chose this property for our friend’s bachelorette party - she even asked if we could leave a bar early because “I just love the house and really want to spend more time there.” 10/10!!!!
