It was very nice to have the owner's expectations all laid out for us. We also liked that they supplied sheets, towels, body wash, shampoo/conditioner, and basic products needed in the kitchen. These things are not provided at some stays. One of our main goals was to go to the water park. This property is extremely close to the water park. In fact we walked there the first night to check it out.

Having the directions, owner's expectations, everywhere you turned did cause some apprehension. It sometimes is hard to relax when you are worried you are not living up to the owner's wants. The driveway is very, very steep. My husband did not want to park our car in the driveway, thinking having a car parked at that angle could cause damage. No big deal we just parked on the street. However, be aware that if one little part of your tire is not off the roadway, you get a ticket. I'm sure it says that somewhere in the manual but we missed it. We just got a warning, so we made sure we were totally off the road after that. Our stay here was fantastic, this is just some things to keep in mind.

wonderfully organized, clean and had everything we needed for our stay.

Nothing really, only that the electricity went out for a few hours at our last night there. But the owner was easily reached and provided status of outage in the area.
