We had a nice stay. The drive to the unit via I65 to Mobile was very congested. When we arrived we were very tired and we went to the wrong unit and couldn’t get in. Rhonda (bless her heart) drove over to direct us to the right unit. It made us feel bad because everything was as it should be but we travel weary and went to 15B instead of 15A. But thankfully Rhonda came to our rescue. The condo was exceptionally clean and well decorated. I would definitely recommend it to anyone. The private beach was nice and a short walk from the condo.

In the middle of the island so it was convenient, our stay was in the off season so there wasn’t a whole lot of options of things to do or restaurants but the food was great and the beaches are beautiful.

The condo was very clean, updated, and over all great place. It had on king bed and four twin beds. There are three rooms. Two twins in two different rooms. It was nicely decorated, but did not have a lot of breakables. Kids loved being close to the gulf. We were able to see the gulf from the sliding door. It was a relaxing place. It was also fully stocked with everything you would need. Even had some beach toys for lids. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting a relaxing place.

The unit was very comfortable and convenient. Very short walk to beach, shorter to the pool. Small but private beach, great for kids. Restaurants on the island run from beach bar, to seafood shack, to wine bar. Our favorite was Captain Snappers... the portions were beyond belief. If you don't want to eat out every meal, and don't want to bring food to cook, we HIGHLY recommend "Dinner's Ready" which prepares homestyle dishes daily that you can just take back and heat up. All good, some delicious. We'd go back to Dauphine Surf Club, for sure.

Pros: private, condo was roomy and comfortable, very short distance to beach, beach was very private, condo was very clean and decorated nicely. Cons: the unit needs a handyman, ice maker does not work, toilet wouldn’t flush consistently, AC worked well only when fans were running, bye sliding door was hard to open/close, bigger grill needed, the pool was small and not well maintained, the beach had a lot of sticks and was not maintained.

Great week, clean, nice and quiet. Almost private beach. Just loved sitting on beach praising God. I’ll never forget this week. My grandson brought me when I told him I wanted to see ocean one more time. Precious memories ❤️❤️ great place to vacation! I highly recommend this place!!

This was a wonderfully appointed condo right on the beach. I loved being able to see the Gulf from the sliding glass patio doors. Beautiful place!

Our family rented this condo to go to a wedding there on Dauphin Island. It was close to everything and plenty of restaurants. Everything was good at the condo except the beds which were so hard we could hardly sleep on them. Other than the beds everything else was great!

The property was very clean and well kept. The beach was in our backyard—literally a 30 second walk down the dock. The island shuts down relatively early, so plan accordingly.

Loved the location and the condo was super clean and cozy. However the “Karen’s” around. Aka:Neighbors were NOT so nice. We rented a golf cart and apparently parked it in a residential spot not having a clue on where to actually park in the first place bc it’s not numbered. Karen number 1 came beating on our door raising cane bc we was in her friends parking spot whom wasnt even home. She was literally screaming at us. She went and got Karen number 2, which was the property manager and she screamed and cursed at us bc we was told we had 2 spots and they told us we only had one. We was confused and they was just trying to be butt heads. They could of nicely asked us to move our cart and it wouldn’t of been a problem but don’t come banging and screaming, scaring my kids. Never will we stay at these condos again. The lady over the condo at Anchor Realtor was amazing!

Need the dishes lot cleaner &no barbecue grill &the ice maker make ice half the time &they said no pets but alot of people had two dogs &the parking blocks are not Mark to the place you stayed at where park at & a crazy lady live above us that hose everything and got us wet everyday and leave the garden hose out so we can trip over everyday plus they we had k_cup coffee maker not a mr.coffee maker and we should have a beachfront unit.& the floors had dirt and sand and we left unit lot cleaner than we got it.thank you stephen&mary unit.#a15

The property was even better than I had expected. Very clean and comfortable. The beach was close and easy to walk to. Parking was right in front of the condo so it wasn’t far to packing things into the condo. No stairs which was very nice. Bring your own food because the dinning on the island is very limited. Planning to visit again.

This place felt just like home. It was peaceful and had everything we needed. Only complaint is that the TV in the living was a little bit of a pain we had to download an app on our phones because the remote didn't work. We was a bit confused with the check-in process. We've never done this before so that was on us really, but a simple call from Ms.Ronda and we was right where we needed to be. Overall we would stay again!

You can’t beat this location for a nice beach vacation. The island was awesome and location of building was absolutely unbeatable. Basically had private beach access in a short easy walk and had a pool right there as well so the young kids could actually swim. The price was extremely great for how amazing of a deal it was.

We really enjoyed our trip. It was our first time to Dauphin Island. The unit was spacious and very clean. The owners were very easy to get in touch with and very responsive to any problems. We had an issue with the toilet and the clothes drier and both were repaired within 24 hours. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could possible need. There are even beach towels and beach toys for the kids!! (The toys were nice because we didn’t bring any and were going to have to buy some.) It is not a far walk to the beach or the pool. I wish the pool stayed open a little later as we like to swim at night. I think it closed at 9. People do live in these condos so there is a “quiet time” from 10pm-8am. We had 3 young kids with us so this wasn’t the easiest thing to do lol. Overall it was a wonderful and much needed getaway!!

This condo is updated and very clean. The property is a bit out of date but very clean and we had no issues. Good value for the money. Easy access and one level, great for retired couple. Easy, flat walk to the beach.

Great place to stay. It was windy but we made the best of it. Wonderful location and the home had all the necessities we needed! Master bed wasn’t the most comfortable, but that’s the only complaint! Everything else was spectacular! We would stay again! The locals are SO kind and helpful!
