Also located on this floor is a master suite with a Queen size bed, a private full bathroom, and a Smart TV. Kitchen amenities include a keurig & drip coffee maker, toaster, tea kettle, blender, crock pot, and waffle maker. Upstairs are three additional bedrooms. The first bedroom, a master suite with a Queen size bed, private full bath with jacuzzi tub and Smart TV, offers views of the ocean from one bay window and the marsh from the other window. The second bedroom, which also has a Queen bed and Smart TV, shares a full bathroom with the third bedroom which features a twin over full bunk bed and full size bed. Also on this floor you will find a sitting room with 2 recliners, a bar table and chairs, wet bar, mini-fridge, and TV. Enjoy outdoor living on the front porch, front balcony accessible from the sitting room, on the back screened-in porch which overlooks the pool, or at the pool and on the large pool deck! Fill the beach cart with sand toys and beach chairs and stroll less than 2 minutes down the street to the private beach access to enjoy a fun-filled day in the sand, surf, and sun. NO Smoking inside or on/around the premise NO fire pits or deep fryers permitted on premise Please note the fireplace is decorative only (if applicable) Please be aware that there are exterior security cameras located on the premises directed towards the parking area and/or entrances for added security and peace of mind. *Please note the 5% processing fee of the total reservation amount is non-refundable after booking* Pool and/or Spa is private and unattended, so swim at your own risk. All children must be supervised in the water at all time by an adult. No food, drinks, alcohol, glass, etc are allowed in or around the pool. Pools are serviced weekly. Please keep in mind that due to tropical nature of the island, it is not unusual to find unexpected debris and sand in the pool. The pool is open year round. The heater typically keeps the pool water between 80-84 degrees April 1 - Oct 31 depending on outside air temperatures and weather. There is no additional cost to heat the pool, but we can not guarantee the pool water temperatures due to the dependency of the weather and air temperatures. Please keep in mind that the heater only runs when the pump runs and typically the pump does not run at night due to timers. *Please note, pools will NOT be heated November 1 - March 31, NO EXCEPTIONS* In the peak season (Memorial Day - Labor Day), whole house linens and towels are part of the cleaning fee and are included in your reservation. All beds will be made up upon arrival with top and fitted sheets, pillow cases, and 1 set of towels will be provided per person (1 set includes: 1 body towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth), and a kitchen towel. **In the off-season (Labor Day - Memorial Day), linens and towels are NOT included in your reservation and are an optional additional fee of $200 at the time of booking. You can choose to bring your own linens and towels, or rent through a third party. (Last minute bookings: We need at least 24-hour notice in order to provide linens!)** ​​​​​​​We provide a basic starter pack of essentials for your first day including a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, hand soap, a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, and a trash can liner per bin.
