2 STORIES with Mini-Bar, 2.5BA + Half-Bath + Gulf Views from Balcony & Upstairs Bedrooms: This is a 2-Story condo, so you and your family/guests can really stretch-out and enjoy vacation, featuring 3 Bedrooms, and 2-and-a-half bathrooms + balcony with view of Gulf of Mexico, in BEACHFRONT COMPLEX!!! This complex is located directly on the beach. It also has 3 large pools (one heated seasonallly), + kiddie pool, tennis court and reserved parking. Comfortably sleeps 10-12 (without using a 'sleeper sofa'). Sugar Beach Condominiums is one of the most family-friendly complexes directly on the beach. It has three swimming pools. TWO pools are BEACH FRONT, with a large kiddie pool just steps away. The third pool (which is heated when needed) is a SECOND-FLOOR POOL the kids will love! Also on the 2nd floor is a TENNIS COURT and SHUFFLEBOARD. WALK TO ATTRACTIONS: Condo is located across the street from 'Back Country Trail'-Bike-paths and Lartigue's Seafoood + walking distance to the brand-new restaurant, Big Wave Dave's!) This is the perfect family place! It’s clean, has plenty of room, and is well stocked with everything you need. We had 11 people and didn’t even have to use pull out sofa bed! I love that it has so many bathrooms, we never had a line to use bathroom and had plenty of hot water for showers! We all felt very safe and had a great time. Check in and out was the easiest ever and customer service was excellent, we didn’t have any problems but the communication was great, Jackie always responded very quickly if not immediately with answers for anything I asked. We got there a few hours early and they were nice enough to let us check in as soon as our room was ready which was about 1.5 hours early and gave us a late check out so we could sleep in and enjoy our last morning there which was awesome! The only thing I would say is not perfect about it is the location, it’s beautiful and not too far from food and shopping but not my idea of walking distance, fast food was 3 miles away! It is between Gulf Shores and Orange Beach so you could drive either way to shop or eat, I just don’t like to drive at the beach, I prefer walking! And the Tiki Bar on property is only open on weekends this time of year and heated pool wasn’t heated but maybe 2 days before we left but still too cold for me! The ocean was heavenly though and we had about 5 good warm days so that was nice. We will definitely rent from Beach Music again, probably in Gulf Shores next time! But would definitely stay here again!

We wanted to be on the beach and have easy access to things to do around the gulf without spending tons of money for a view. This was perfect and spacious. Our family really enjoyed the pools and quick beach access. The condo was stocked with essentials and the manager was very responsive and friendly.

Everyone on this property was so friendly and helpful like always! We love the location. Anything you want to do is close by. We did a dolphin cruise, Lulus, and the hangout, but mostly just enjoyed the beach and 3 pools! If you visit, and love crab and shrimp, you must try the place directly across the road!! Amazing! And you can walk right to it :)

This property exceeded our expectations. It was on the beach exactly like what we were looking for! The pictures didn’t include the rest of the property with was a wonderful surprise when we arrived to find out there were multiple pools that were family friendly and a concession stand for anything snacks or drinks you may have forgot or just simply too lazy to walk to the room to grab! This property was amazing.

Overall the property was in a wonderful location. Check in/check out was great, very quick communication and very flexible which we appreciated. The location was wonderful, Beach access and pool access was absolutely just a short walk out. The 1st floor pool was not available when we went. The 3 story building made it easy when we had to take the stairs because the elevator was pretty janky and worked about 50% of the time. The condo itself was good overall for the price.
Few complaints were that the kitchen needs some love with new pots and pans, as they were pretty old and used. The fans were dusty, but overall the rest of the place was pretty clean. The light switches in the rooms are a little interesting, as some seemed to only control the plugs and others controlled the light. In the master and upstairs queen bedroom, the main light worked, but only with a tug on the actual light (standing on the bed). The upstairs bathroom has a cloth liner, rather than a vinyl one, which was getting pretty gross and started to have some mold on it. The 2 queen beds upstairs along with the King in the master were very squeaky as well, and not super sturdy feeling.
Future stayers-bring your own trash bags, as we were only provided one and that was definitely not enough for a weeks stay. We were told by Jackie that she would be bringing more, but she never showed up or called, which was disappointing so we ended up buying our own.
Overall, we would go back and stay there again

We had 9 people in our group and this was the only place that had the bed situation we needed. It was set up nice with 2 bunk beds in one room. I would stay there again. Steps from the beach. Manager checked to see if we needed anything. My only complaint was we had to time our showers so we didn’t all take one around the same time. Water got cold after 3 people. The condo itself is older but fine. The heated pool was a major plus, during the cold snap. Like stated I would stay here again.

We had a great stay however the elevator is dinosaur SLOWWW & place needs a touch of new added to it! The sugar shack is AWESOME!!! You definitely get your moneys worth with mixed drinks 🍹 🥰

Everything was exactly as explained and as the pictures show. Easiest check in ever! I’ve had to wait hours at other condos for people to meet us! Not the case here. Communication was a text away with a fast response. Had everything in the kitchen we needed. Plenty of towels in the bathrooms. We have six kids and this room was so perfect for us! I’m already looking at dates for next year!

Overall, this was a great place to stay.
The condo unit is very close to the beach even though this unit doesn't have a ocean view. A few steps and a ride down the elevator and you are within steps of the pool and the boardwalk to the beach. I loved that since our group involved young children and older adults.
The manager was very responsive to a small issue we had and very easy to get in touch with. The unit was very clean and most of the unit had been nicely updated.
The only reason I deducted a start is because the units are old and as such the bathrooms are ancient. The upstairs tub is down right scary it is so old. It didn't look very clean but it was probably as clean as they could get the thing. It also had a fabric shower current with no liner which I found unsanitary as it absorbs all the water and whatever else from every bather. You can all see the age of the building in the hallways (they are strange concrete, parking deck like hallways), the poolside restrooms (yikes), and the elevators are super slow.
One thing to know is that parking is $30 and they only accept cash. The snack shack also only accepts cash.
The unit sleeps 10 comfortably but the living area is small if all 10 are downstairs.
Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for budget friendly option that is right close to the beach!

Overall, this was a great place to stay.

Great location, we’ve stayed here multiple times and live it. Very comfortable for 8 to have a fantastic week. The only complaint is you can’t run the washer and dryer at the same time so laundry takes a long time, still happy to have laundry in the room.

The property fit our family of 12 perfectly, but the parking for a 3 bedroom allowed only 2 cars at our cost per car to park at the property. We brought 6 adults/6 children with car seats, we just didn’t fit in our (POV), coming from out of State.

Great location right on the beach. For the price, very good. As described in listing. Great easy communication with owner. My only suggestion would be new mattresses for the bunk beds.

I’d say condo over all was good, not much of a view like mentioned. TV in master room didn’t work, you couldn’t wash clothes while drying them. We had to dry clothes over night and they still wasn’t dry the next morning, we had to cancel evening plans because we wasn’t aware the dryer would be so slow . The bedroom pieces slid everywhere including the bed and night stands on the wood floor , I also just sit in the bed and it fell in the middle, we had to keep putting the boards back up under it witch was annoying for the bed to just fall every single time we got in. We was also told we got two parking passes, when we arrived they said we could only have one because of Memorial Day witch wasn’t previously mentioned. Property was clean. Elevators was super slow. Also your not renting the green building/house in the picture. Other than all above it was a cute nice little place

Worth the wrong price we paid.
The inside of Condo was nice and clean, had plenty of room. Some updating is necessary in kitchen, appliances, cookware, etc. Bathrooms were fine but the closet doors in bathrooms and bedrooms kept coming out when you opened them. Bunk beds were unsteady we were not able to use top bunks. One of the queen beds sunk in the middle, We tried to fix. Very hot upstairs during day, cools down at night. The outside of the condos need some serious updating you don’t get a good feeling when you first pull in and walk through parking like you made a good choice. The first elevator needs to be fixed right away. We were stuck in it and I panicked. Parking isn’t pleasant we paid $25 to park for the weekend and always ended up across the street at night and told to move our vehicles early in morning so we don’t get towed. Over all it’s okay for large family, lots of room. It was worth the mistaken price we paid but if we had paid the actual price we would have be very upset.
