Absolut schlechte Komunikation mit Gastgeber. Arogant. Als ich im Appartment ankam lagen ca. 20leere Flaschen im Apartment. Von wegen "Coffee and Netflix Bar" Kaffeemaschiene funktioniert nicht, und Fernseher nicht funktionsfähig

It was clean

It was an underground cellar. This was not mentioned in the ad. And the description is misleading. It’s close to the old downtown. But pretty far away from the actual downtown.

Friendly and helpful staff, even late at night

- The appt had a funky sweaty smell - Parking in the neighborhood was free but as it is located in a local side of town there were almost no available parking spots because everybody was home

The bathroom is clean and user friendly. The kitchen facilities and the bed is fairly nice. The wifi is going smoothly. This room is basic and small which is located in basement. It is acceptable.

1. Information as in the booking.com is misleading in two ways: first, the contact person is not the host but another one who speak in very limited English unexpectedly. Slow or sometimes not response to my inquires; second, the information on the booking.com stated that they can speak English and German. However, at the end, we have great difficulty in communication because the contact person speaks in very limited English. If we had known that they could not communicate in English, we definitely would not have made this booking. 2. Despite the difficulties, I have tried all the contact information they provided, however, no response was received prior to our arrival. 3. On the day of arrival, after repeated failed attempts to communicate and in the end after I made an official complaint to booking.com, another contact number (not in the booking.com website they provide) was provided by the property. Though things got a little better but still very slow response. 4. Additional cleaning charge costed 35 euro, it is acceptable and I paid it already. It is been a week since my stay and I have left the accommodation but I am still waiting for their receipt.

Nothing....

Apartment not like in photos very dirty and smelly , no parking at all , drunk people around the place every where even on same building drunk people on first and second floor with very very bad smell . Not safe at all to stay in this place and not worth paying any euro in it. We put our bags in apartment and went to find parking we came back discovered one of neighbours checking our bags and he run upstairs when we came. Again and again the owner of this place us cheating with wrong information kn booking.com and this property is a complete disaster.
