Property was exactly that way it looks on site, clean, everything you need for your stay. Im not always comfortable in hotels but i was very comfortable!

This is a great condo to help get away from it all! The pictures are accurate and the cleanliness could not have been better. The owners were very attentive to messages with quick responses. Check-in was so simple. This was a very last minute trip (booked on Friday night to arrive the following Monday) but that was not an issue as the owners made sure we had all of the information we needed in a timely fashion. You’re just steps away from the beach and the ocean views from the living room and bedroom did not disappoint!

Ron and Marian really have thought of every detail in this wonderful condo. It's modern, comfortable, and has all of the amenities you need including USB charging ports and plenty of electrical outlets near the bed. The modern decor and amenities made this a very welcoming place for my wife and I to take a long weekend. And the place was absolutely spotless for our arrival. There were plenty of blankets, towels, and pillows and the shower had real, actual water pressure (amazing). Check-in was super simple and Ron was Johnny-on-the-spot with any questions we had. I cannot rate this rental highly enough. We'll definitely be back!

This property is exactly what the pictures and description provide. Perfect location, incredibly clean, just lovely. My husband and I were traveling with our 3 boys (18, 12, & 8) and we didn't want to leave. Book this property, you will not regret it!

We stayed to celebrate my daughter’s 16 birthday with a couple of friends. The condo is very updated and layout was great to give teens and adults private space. Nice location at the south end of the boardwalk.

We got tobspend time with our daughter and her family. The condo was the perfect place to have Christmas and spend time together.

The condo was just right for me and my friend who needed to get away for a few days after the holidays. The condo is modern and beautiful - photos are accurate. Kitchen was well supplied, although we didn't do much cooking. The location can't be beat - from the balcony we were able to watch boats come and go from Rudee Inlet, surfers, and dolphins. Sunrises were spectacular. Easy access to beach and boardwalk. Beach is beautiful - wide, white sand, flat and so easily accessible. Owners were easy to get in touch with and very responsive to questions. Everything was perfect!

This property was absolutely perfect! The ocean view was breathtaking, condo was exactly as pictured, amenities were excellent (we needed cookware, Keurig, dishes etc.) which were provided), location was excellent - walking distance from restaurants and shops... We will be back in the summer!

Lovely ~ so warm & inviting. The personal touches and the thought that went into the decor just really put this property above the rest. My sister & I went to celebrate our Christmas birthdays and it was so rewarding (to me) for her to walk in/wake up/stop for a moment and genuinely love my choice & this home. The views are spectacular ~ we thoroughly enjoyed watching dolphins & surfers during the day/walking on the beach AND the Christmas lights on the boardwalk were so beautiful at night. Convenient location & walking distance to so many shops/restaurants/services. Our hosts made sure the home was fully stocked with everything we could need & were quick in responding to any questions. While the December temps dipped, we were so warm/cozy/at home in this property. Thank you Ron & Marian Irving for a wonderful sisters trip!

The condo was nice. The backdoor needs to have better locks. The screws were loose and if I was by myself, I would not have felt safe. Parking sucks.

This rental is absolutely beautiful. The Ocean views are stunning. We had a great week here, everything was as advertised. The condo was very clean, everything worked as it should, the building is very quiet and the pool is nice and warm.

The condo was exceptionally clean and very nicely decorated. The online listing was very accurate. The beds were comfortable and we appreciated the extra blankets and pillows that were provided, however, they could use better pillows. We really appreciated having hand soap provided for each of the bathrooms and kitchen sinks as well as the extra rolls of toilet paper that were provided and dish soap and dishwasher tablets. Nice touches you don't always get at a VRBO rental. Plenty of towels were also provided. There were only two negatives we experienced, neither of which ruined out stay. The first was with our check in. We received the email prior to our arrival giving us our "keys". However, when we opened up the email there was no information provided. It stated the owner had not provided yet. We assumed it would be provided by the time we got to the condo but it had not. We had a slight panic but was able to get ahold of the owner who said her son handles this. We got it figured out and were able to get into the unit. The second thing was we were not provided with WiFi passcode or instructions for our departure. Maybe there were none. In my experience the owners typically provide a sheet on check out time and other information. Back to the positives. The location was great!!! We were able to walk to several restaurants and I got up every morning to take a walk on the boardwalk just outside the condo and watch the sunrise. One parking place was provided. And best of all was the view. You had a view of the ocean/beach from both bedroom windows and from the living room slider! I plan a visit each October and I definitely plan to stay here again!

This condo is absolutely gorgeous and decorated to perfection. You feel like you are on a tropical island. The hosts are incredibly sweet, responsive and helpful. We loved our stay and can’t wait to book this place again and again.

Great condo and location. So nice to have covered parking with your own space. Also the condo was great for the wife and I and 2 kids. The other bedroom basically had a master bathroom which they loved.

The condo was perfect for our family! The perfect size and amenities. The condo has everything you need and was clean and perfectly organized! The location could not have been better! We enjoyed the ocean and the boardwalk. When we visited there was a heat advisory but the AC and ceiling fans kept us cool. We also had a rainy day and enjoyed movies and games indoors. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!

We absolutely loved it. Great view of the sunrise every morning, wonderfully remodeled condo, perfect location for us at the end of the boardwalk. The beach was less busy than further up, but within walking or trolley distance from anything we wanted to do. The trolley begins almost outside of the building. Highly recommend using it with the app btw. $8 unlimited riding for 3 days, and kids ride free with an adult. Hop on outside the condo and ride anywhere you want to go. Everything about this place was perfect. Thanks!!

Our family rented this condo for a week and it was amazing experience. The condo looks just like the photos and had everything we needed for our trip. The property was in a great location at the end of the boardwalk and had great views of the ocean. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance or you can rent a bike and travel farther down the boardwalk. We would definitely comeback to stay here again.

Wonderful condo and ocean/beachfront views from all rooms. Saw dolphins from the condo. Would love to stay again! Well supplied, they even thought of little things like step stools and wine bottle opener. A couple little things…No beach towels are supplied. Bring large beach towel clips to hang your damp beach towels and bathing suits to dry on balcony railing. Bring coins if you want to do laundry. The condo’s refrigerator ice maker is small but sufficient for a small cooler or 2, also $5 ice bags are sold in lobby. To save some steps entering from beach, ask the front desk for the Pool door code. Bring some toilet paper, we received 3 rolls for 8 people for 6 nights. Owners prefer phone calls rather than texting. Very happy with the overall experience!
