Perfect for a family vacation getaway with 4 bedrooms, and 3 full baths. The home next door, The Floppy Flounder, is available for rental as well for those needing more room. The open and inviting living area has a large sectional with plush pillows and two matching accent chairs, all made for relaxing while watching a movie or your favorite sports team on the wall-mounted Smart TV and Wi-Fi. Try out your culinary skills in the fully equipped kitchen with spacious countertops, stainless steel appliances, dishes, a regular coffee maker, basic pots, pans, and utensils. Savor your meals at the dining table with seating for eight and an additional four at the bar. Take your morning coffee out on the balcony and start the day off taking in the sea breeze. The first guest bedroom (BR1) has a King bed, nightstands, closet, chest, and wall-mounted TV. The hall bathroom consists of a vanity and tub/shower. Guest bedroom (BR2) also has a King-size bed, nightstands, closet, chest and wall-mounted TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a vanity and tub/shower. Perfect for kids with room to play, the bunkroom (BR3) has 2 sets of custom built-in Twin Bunk beds, a closet, and a wall-mounted TV. The master suite (BR4) has a King bed, chest, wall-mounted TV, and a desk for working remotely or distance learning assignments. The ensuite bathroom has a double vanity and tub/shower. All bedrooms are equipped with Wi-Fi-connected Smart TVs and rugs for softness and warmth on the feet. The full-size washer and dryer are tucked neatly in a hall closet along with a vacuum, broom, and fold-up crib for your personal use. The house is a great location, very nicely decorated, and great value when including the golf cart. The house was spacious for 8 of us, well stocked kitchen and the bedrooms were a good size. It is only a block from the beach.
Only a few small issues like broken garbage disposal, no trash bags, thermostat was out of batteries. We did communicate with the property manager about this and were told they would be by to fix the items but no one ever came to fix…even though they came by to turn on pool heater for an extra charge.
Overall, we had a good experience and we would definitely stay there again.

We had an awesome stay- beautiful home in a great location. The house had just about everything we needed, including crib for baby! Having the beach gear and golf cart included was fabulous. Can’t wait to come back!

The property, layout and location are amazing. We had some issues that we felt hindered the stay. The pool was so hot it was unusable. We had also called and asked maintenance to come clean the pool on day 1 and it was never addressed. We had issues with bathrooms draining properly but maintenance did address those issues after 24 hours.

Original communication was extremely accurate and timely. Check in was a breeze. House's exactly as described and very clean. Kitchen is well appointed and bedrooms are large and comfortable. Swimming pool and ground floor hang out or extremely nice. House is a very quick trip to the beach.

Good stay. We went during the off season, so main road wasn't as busy which was good. Pool was nice and relaxing. Customer service with Life in Paradise was quick and accessible. Only minor, but property was missing trash bags and would have liked the shower liner changed in the back bathroom before our stay.

We have always stayed in the mustang island. First time we have stayed in town. The unit was close to everything. And the access to the cart was just icing on the cake.
If I had any cons, it would be the bunk room needs a fan. And railings need some attention.

Overall, our group was content. Pool was enjoyable & beds comfortable. Guest in bunk bed room did not get enough cool A/C- no ceiling fan. Perhaps add a floor fan in there. Thanks!

We had an amazing stay at Tickle My Fansea! The home was a perfect size for 3 families(6 adults, a 16 year old, 4year old, 3year old, & 2 babies under 1 year). The pool was great & there was a lot of room to hang out outside! The home was clean & property management was very responsive. Highly recommend this beach house for your next Port Aransas vacation!

Loved "Tickle My FanSea"
Loved it! Owners thought of everything. Beautiful decor, very organized, well stocked, plenty of parking. The private pool was a real hit especially in the evenings after a day at the beach. Really enjoyed the porch overlooking 11th street with the nice breeze. It was great for people watching. The only negative was not getting local television channels. There might have been a way to do it but we never figured it out.

The house and pool area are as advertised. The house was super clean, spacious and decorated beautifully. The layout of the house gives everyone (our party of 7) plenty of room. We were traveling with a 4 and 5 year old, so we were pleased that the pool was secured for safety. Our only real complaint, was the pool was dirty and cloudy and the large umbrella lay broken in the grass when we arrived. It was cleaned and shocked the next day. As advertised, it is wise to cool the pool. It was probably in the 90 degree range upon arrival, the cooling is worth the extra money.

The house was ready when we arrived, it was clean and cool! It was nice that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The kitchen was well stocked and I especially liked the tags on the cabinets to reel what was inside. We would stay again.

This place was perfect! Super clean, beautiful and functional! Location was great; close to the action, but not too close (still felt safe like a neighborhood), easy access to the beach. Golf cart is a must to get the full Island vibe. It made the trip really fun for my 18 and 15 year old sons. Loved the pool!

Great location & house!
We had such a wonderful time staying together as a family at this house! Everyone had plenty of space to spread out (our daughter loved sleeping in all the different bunk beds every night!) and everyone had their own bathroom.
The pool was a great thing to have at the house when we got home from the beach and wanted to relax outside. The only problem we ran into was the umbrella broken that could have provided shade for the pool in the evening, and an occasional issue with getting ice from the ice maker, but the host sent someone out to quickly fix it!
We’ve already been talking about booking another stay together next year!

Nice place, enjoyable stay!
The property was in good shape, clean, easy to understand wifi and TV's. The outdoor area had a bit of an issue with droppings on the furniture, string lights not working great, but other than that very clean.
The kitchen had plenty of utensils, plates, accessories that made cooking for Thanksgiving very easy! Heated pool was also a great feature.
Had one issue with the water, but turns out we accidently turned the main off, but maintenance was there very quick and helped us out!
Overall, very nice property, and would be interested in staying again when the opportunity presents itself!

Very clean and awesome pool!
This home was extremely clean, nicely decorated, and well stocked. They have MANY toys and games for the kids, which they had a blast with! The pool is gorgeous. Check in was super easy and communication was super quick. Awesome place! No complaints. We would definitely stay again! Thank you!!

Fantastic Family Stay
Beautifully decorated and fully appointed house perfect for family and friends! Everyone had their own king bedroom and bathroom and the bunk room was perfect for the kids. There was an available crib, toys and a wide open floor plan for comfort. The pool and covered patio was a delight ! The only problem was the pool entry was extremely slippery! Beware!! That is an accident waiting to happen and there should be a warning sign posted. We had several falls which could have been serious.

We absolutely loved our time at this property. Just the right size for three couples and the pool was great at night after things cooled down. Close to the beach and night life. Awesome place, highly recommend!
