The location is good for access to the beach and town. The beds were comfortable.

A very disappointing stay which we cut short and went home early. The house was unclean, is in a poor state of repair and does not look like the photos on the website, shabby decor in need of maintenance, poor quality finish in the downstairs shower room, the oven had not been cleaned for sometime with dirty roasting tins covered with tin foil to hide that fact. The garden area has broken furniture, the bbq was dirty, a rusty table at the bottom of the garden which does get sun in the evening but has no chairs to sit there, dead flowers in pots. Not conducive for relaxing in. Considering the cost per night and the presentation on the website I was expecting quality, sadly this was not the case. I reported my issues to the agent and had a quick reply, apology and offer of compensation but I feel that there should be regular maintenance checks on properties to ensure they truly represent the images and description. I would not return to this property although the Pembrokeshire area is beautiful so would seek out other places.

Beautiful home within 15 minutes walking distance to saundersfoot town. Spacious,clean and with all the amenities you need for a self catering break away.

Everything was perfect

I liked the quiet area but central for visiting lots of places in the area.

The hedges on the drive were overgrown and difficult to get out of the car when more than one car on drive. The sofa was very deep so not too comfortable.

It’s a fair walk back from town, all uphill, you need to have good fitness levels to walk back up the hills

Location close to town and beach. Beds very comfortable. Second shower facility very much appreciated.

Some of the kitchen utensils/pans and cutlery were dirty and not cleaned properly. BBQ not provided as stated.

Beautiful house. Everything you would want was available.
