Very cloae to Beach..
Its not for familyvor kids and breakfast was shocking... definitely not worth paying $$$

The location is charming, and the restaurant's desserts are delicious.
The breakfast was very weak. The rooms are very small and I expected to get better service at that price. The hotel price is not worth that accommodation.

Beach only.
Dont be fooled by the photos they show of the hotel. While the hotel is nicely designed it is far different then what they portray it to be. Rooms are very small, no facilities what so ever, when paying over 140$ for a standard room, I would expect the hotel to have a pool and to have proper customer service, they had neither!
The only good thing I can say about the hotel is the beach, which is beautiful but can be accessed free of charge by anyone in the neighborhood.
This hotels price should be in the 50-60$ range tops. At its current prices of 140$ it's waaaay over priced!
Would NOT recommend.

Great views from our balcony. Beautifully presented hotel, with attention to interior detail. The beach is just a few steps away. Lovely cats + a friendly & helpful staff
Bathroom was a slightly damp and bathroom furniture could use a little update. Everything else was great

All in all everything was clean, breakfast was great, facilities are near and easy to access.
Everything was overpriced and calculated, even if you want to take a shower near the beach. It would be nice if some things come as complimentary.
Language is a biggggg issue they barely speak English and we had to Google translate everything!!
Funny incident happened in the beach when the waiter came with tea and cookies ... We thought it was complimentary and we took some, it turns out it's not complimentary and we had to pay for it !
Staff should at least know basic English words for ( water, snacks, basic 1:1 conversation)

It is a small, charming, and very beautiful Greek-style boutique hotel. Not many rooms, very private. The views from the rooms facing the sea are nice. The public beach is just in front, and the hotel has its own private area, including a bar/restaurant. Breakfast is delicious. The beach is nice and the village very quiet. For good dinning options, Datca is 40 mins away by car (worth a visit).
It seems to be one of the best hotels in the area. The area has no much to do (mostly to chill out), so it is good to pick up a good hotel like this one.
Secured private parking inside the facilities. You need a car to reach there.
I would recommend it for a short stay.
- Our room was rather small for the price we paid;
- WiFi was not strong in the room (but very strong in the restaurant and beach)
- The room's soundproofing was not good;
- The balcony door has no blinds, and hence, the room gets very lighty at sunshine (not a problem for us, but some people may find it uncomfy)
- It has no pool (not important for us)

I am quite fond of travelling and have been to majority of the places in the world and around Turkey. The best thing about this place is the naturally beautiful sea and the beach- which is okey. However, despite the allure and the payment for the facility, it suffered from some major problems.
First of all, the value for the payment is not compatible. What is offered in the rooms and the quality of services do not match with the over priced room rates. One should not still receive a very standard and low quality coffee or tea. I would not be so concerned about the quality of the coffee or tea, but they are the indications of the extent to which management invests in unique and differentiating elements of service quality.
Secondly, the communication and quality of service between staff and us were not effective and genuine. In many occasions, I found myself asking and reiterating same requests over and over. This is partly due to the fact that there are many service employees around but they are not aware of what they do and are not coordinate enough. This is evident in every bit of communication, in which they seem to hassle yet lack delivering a clear and consistent service.
Thirdly; the cleanliness of the room again was a big issue, especially in times of COVID and the value of the room, which is equivalent to a five star hotel. We were not sure whether our room was cleaned everyday or not.
Fourthly, only breakfast is included in the price but that was very basic and most of the items are not locally sourced or did not taste fresh. For such a place, again one would expect fresh and grilled coffee, not Nescafé.
