We ask that pets stay off all furniture, are cleaned up after in the yard, and aren't left alone inside the home unless in a crate or kennel. Please message us if you’re planning on bringing your furry friend! Parking: We have room for 5 cars in the driveway. Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. We do not allow parties. - Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. - Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost. - All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel. - No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied. - Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team. - Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.

This made a perfect family retreat. It was about a 5-6 minute walk to the beach. The AC was cool. The TV was big and had access to all the TV viewing we could handle. Everyone bedded down comfortably. It is out of the frenzy of the Pleasure Pier area but close enough for us to get there if we wanted. Perfect family Vacay!

First of all we didn’t even get to stay at the property we were so looking forward to stay in. We ended up in a different much smaller house and the owner did not give us the price difference. Our experience was disappointing and not worth the price.

A nice property. All had a very good time. Would've liked to see some extra blankets. Kitchen was stocked with plenty of silverware and some pots but no frying pan. There were enough bath towels but a beach house with no beach towels or chairs to bring to the beach makes no sense. We flew so obviously can't bring that stuff with us. Most rentals have board games; this house was a little chintzy on amenities. Otherwise, was good.

Everything about my kids spring break vacation stay here was amazing. From communication with the owner for check in, to distance from the beach and stores, plus the grill to bbq. We truly enjoyed. Everything was clean and well stocked.

My husband and I booked this home for an early Family Thanksgiving get-together. Our in-laws and grown children all stayed comfortably. We enjoyed every moment in this beautifully decorated home. We didn’t have a single disappointment. We enjoyed mornings on the deck, short walks to the beach (not crowded at all in November!), grill for burgers and brats, fire pit for s’mores, cozy-comfy seating for watching movies at night, and comfortable rooms for good nights sleep. The Gumbo Diner served up amazing seafood (and benets!) for a family on a budget. We appreciate all the local recommendations, Russell!

This property was perfect for our family of 9, short drive to loads of restaurants and piers with stuff to do. 5 min walk to the perfect beach that we had to ourselves most of the time! WiFi was a bit of a problem but we were on vacation so who cares. Would definitely recommend.

The property was great and we loved the home. You do have to cross a busy road to get to the beach, but it is not too bad. The beach in this area is gorgeous. You are about 10- 15 miles from the hustle and bustle of the seawall, which was great for us. We loved the outdoor dining and the fire pit. The home had all the ammenities needed including coffee and filters. It would have been nice to have sugar and salt and pepper but definitely not expected. We had issues with the internet, but the owner was in constant communication and was able to rectify it by the next day. Sam did great at trying to make he experience great. Overall, we would consider staying here again and would recommend it to friends.

This place was ok. From the pictures you get the idea that it has more seating than it does. The tables are all outside. The inside seating is a bar area with a few tall chairs. Not a great spot with kids, no bathtubs only showers with fixed heads. It is close to the beach, but you really cannot safely walk there as there is a busy road with no cross walk that you have to cross. Not safe unless you drive. The place from first glance seemed clean, but we noticed it had ants. They do not allow for an early check in and the earliest you can arrive is 4pm. We felt it was overpriced for what it was. I wouldn't stay here again.

The beds were comfy and clean. The house was in walking distance from the beach or a quick drive and plenty of parking at the beach. The cleaning crew ran late on checkin but I think the previous renters were dirty based on some trash found in random places hidden spaces around house. The owners were quick to respond when the toilet stopped flushing. Overall, nice, clean and close to the beach! A lot of beds for a lot of people and the kids had fun playing in the loft! Responsive owners are always a nice too!

We would’ve loved to have had a better experience but unfortunately did not have the best experience with the actual property. The biggest issues were that the cleaners took a significant time to clean the home post check out (and the only compensation was an extra hour the next day) which affected the time we could check in. Additionally a number of the items in the home were not clean - kitchen items, bed sheets were missing and the sink and towel rack in the bathroom were both broken. The outside window was also repaired with tape, which is a hazard. The location is great but given the high cost of the property, one should expect a higher level of care of the property.
