About this condo rental
Are you looking for a bright and cozy retreat by the ocean? This condo is less than a 5 minute walk to Clark Street Beach Access. In 2021 the condo had major renovations and included all brand new furnishings, fixtures, mattresses, pillows, etc. The master suite has a queen bed and the second bedroom has a twin over full bunkbed. The open concept living area has a queen-sized pull out sofa. The kitchen is fully stocked for all your cooking needs. Please bring your own beach towels and kitchen towels (if you use them). Please note there is a burger bar on the other side of the condo complex that has live music on some evenings until 10pm (dates depend on their band schedule). Some guests have mentioned the music can be heard inside our unit but most guests haven't noticed it. Please prepare accordingly if you have any light sleepers or early sleepers. Both bedrooms have TV's but you may want to bring an iPod or other device for background noise. Otherwise, sit on the balcony and enjoy the free music! At MP 8.5 you will be conveniently located near plenty of restaurants and shops that you can walk or drive to. The Wright Brothers Museum is 1 mile west. Run Hill State Nature Preserve is 1.5 miles west. Jockey's Ridge State Park is 3.5 miles south. Avalon Pier is 4 miles north. Nags Head Fishing Pier is 4 miles south. Standard amenities with this unit are contactless check-in, bed and bath linens, smart TV's, fully stocked coffee bar, stacked washer/dryer, beach chairs/cart, fully stocked kitchen and more! Our property can accommodate 1 dog (25lbs or less). Non-refundable pet fee is $150. Thanks for visiting You, Me and the Sea!

Nice condo. Had everything we needed for our first visit to OBX. Had a minor issue with the TV. Joy immediately responded to our message and we were able to resolve the issue. Very convenient to the beach and having the beach gear available was great! Would definitely consider staying here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at "You, me, and the Sea". Place was truly a refugee after spending each day at the beach. Location was close to everything, basic amenities were provided by the owners. Condo was super clean and comfy. Owners were extremely attentive and responsive to our needs and questions. Looking forward to our next stay.

This was a sweet little 2-bedroom apartment just a block and a half from the beach. It was the perfect place for a long weekend away. We did have to go out for a roll of paper towels, but otherwise we had everything we needed (and the listing does say a "starter" roll is provided). Easy check-in and just the right amount of communication from the owners. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay in Kill Devil Hills. The place is on the smaller side and we definitely overpacked preparing for couple weeks in OBX:).

Quite, even that ongoing construction was next door and a bar (delicious burgers!) on the other side.
Joy timely helped us with all the answers to our questions. Thank you for the helpful labels! Made it easier to navigate.

Joy & George’s condo was perfect for my family’s Mother’s Day getaway! It was closely located to multiple beach accesses and offered a quiet neighborhood! People don’t might not like the band playing at Jack Brown’s but it was amazing to sit on their balcony with a glass of wine and have the ambient music playing with the smell of salty air at night. They were extremely communicative and excellent throughout the entire process. We absolutely recommend them to anyone and will be staying there again in the future!

You, Me & the Sea is a lovely, cozy property. Communication with the owner is spot on. Couldn't have asked for better. We really appreciated all of the labels on the light switches & inside the kitchen cabinets so we knew where to put things. There were tons of spices in the kitchen which I've never encountered anywhere that I've stayed. There were even bottles (unopened) of tylenol & ibuprofen in the cabinet just in case we left ours at home. The pillows in the master bedroom are awesome! I need them for my house. The foam mattress was a little firm at first, but it had enough give to it to be very comfortable. We enjoyed the living room area to hang out. All of the instructions for the TVs are provided. I can't personally speak for the balcony, but my son said it was peaceful when he went out on a warm(ish) evening. This property is convenient to everything. Publix & mini golf are 5 minutes away. We would happily stay here again.

It was a good experience, the place was nice, clean and just a short walk to the beach. We had a group of six so it was a little small for all of us but other then that we enjoyed the stay.

Great condo
Condo was exactly as shown in the listing and perfect for the 4 of us. Location was just a short walk to the beach. Cute cat lounging on back deck of the house down the street was the highlight of our walk. Basic necessities were provided including teas and coffee. Owner was very prompt in answering questions about the condo and the area. Location in the OBX is good - halfway between everything.

Around the corner to the beach
This was a great place to rent for a week. My wife, dog and I enjoyed the location and the condo. The condo was comfortable and convenient to many restaurants and close to the beach. Easy to check in and parking was simple. I would highly recommend this place for a couple and a small family. The owners were great communicators as well.

Clean and cozy beach vacation spot!
The pictures are definitely accurate! So nice and clean. My 8year old and I absolutely loved this condo. Beautifully decorated and stocked with the basics so I really could relax as a usually busy mom! Close to the beach and having access to the beach chairs, boogie boards, and umbrella was a very convenient bonus. We cannot wait to come back! My daughter said it was her best birthday yet! 💜

Adorable condo! Everything was so thoughtfully put together, so many lovely details. The welcome bag was a very sweet surprise. The power went out one evening during our stay and Joy made sure she was available if we needed her. Location to the beach was lovely, and we had a wonderful time.

Very nice condo!
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at You, Me & the Sea. The condo is tastefully decorated and Joy has provided everything many supplies. The condo is comfortable and clean. It is convenient to the beach, shops, and restaurants. It is located on a quiet street that was wonderful for our morning walk. We hope to be able to stay here again!
