Studio Cottage in back of owner's house, very private, great location on Fort Myers Beach. Extensively remodeled after the Hurricane. Quiet neighborhood but short walk to beach and shops, restaurants. Nicely and tropically furnished. Full Kitchen with Granite Countertops. Large bath. Queen sized bed. Laundry. Deck and large yard with tables, chairs, loungers. Tropical gardens. No loud music or partyers. No college students. A well behaved dog considered with pre-approval only.

This studio space is so nicely appointed with modern kitchen and bath, comfortable queen bed, nice TV viewing area and two outdoor spaces. Best of all worlds with the quiet of a dead end street but just a short walk to the beautiful white sand beach. So many thoughtful extras provided by the hosts who live on site and were lovely. Even post-Ian the island is alive and well with plenty of shops and restaurants. We’ll be back for sure!

This showed up in my search for a 1 bedroom 3 months prior to my stay after being rejected for several other properties because they were booked. Surprised to see it was small studio apartment when I arrived. The property is at the end of cul-de-sac so very private. Disappointed in VRBO when I booked this, as I preferred a one bedroom and VRBO had this in the one bedroom search. Pictures don’t show just how small this place is. Because of this mis communication the owners almost kicked us out because it is not made to accommodate 3 adults. However the weather was great so it was just a place to rest our heads at night. After speaking with the owners they felt it was ok for us to stay for our planned duration after I explained I was lead to believe it would accommodate 3 adults. They were very informative and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Future renters beware of listings and contact the property manager prior to booking for more information.

Small but cozy

Loved the place, and the location was so convenient.

Spring Break
The property is good for a couple. It's not extravagant but is clean, in a quiet neighborhood and pretty close to the beach. My wife and I utilized the free tram service to get to Times Square and points in between often. The traffic on Estero Blvd and the bridge onto the island can be a pain, but it's part of spring break in Florida.

A Great experience
The host (Karen) was awesome! Anything that she thought that we may need she either furnished or refreshed. Except for food of course. Very quiet neighborhood. The neighbors are on the street were friendly. I would definitely rent this again!

Cottage could use a renovation. The futon was a little uncomfortable but the extra pillows did help. Overall it was a good stay.

It was okay for the price. Reasonably clean. A few updates needed but owner was very receptive to our suggestions. If you are on a budget this has what you need but not luxurious in any way….just basic…..but it is priced accordingly. Owner is very nice.

The house was not deluxe but well stocked , clean and in a wonderful location. The checkin was easy, Property manager messaged me to make sure check in was smooth. The property manager and her husband were very nice and made our stay a great experience. Dishes and cookware wer very nice!
