good location and the room being very spacious
the staff needs more training, don’t feel like staying at a Hilton and the room is extremely cold

Newly built
Room cleaning is not good. Staff is not very friendly. Breakfast is totally same everyday. No view from the window.
For this price usually you get much much better.
At the day of checking after 18:00, when we were in our way from chengdu. Personal contacted us and said, that they don’t accept foreigners. But there are no any info about this at booking. And other hotels in jiuzaigou accept foreigners.
